Tropical Paradise

Pros: *The living rooms we did have access to were nice. *The karaoke was a hit. *Host was friendly. Cons: -Outdoor area not usable when it rains. The awnings are not waterproof and furniture gets soaked. -When heater kicked on, there was a heavy propane gas smell in the kitchen. -When renting for a venue, you do not have access to the other rooms in the house. -Kitchen has bare necessities & counter and walls had plastic sticker type covering. -Cleanliness on a scale of 1-5, I'd give it a 3. -Host was still there cleaning up from the last party when we arrived. (Which reminiscences of the party before us were still present even after he left). -I do not feel it was worth the price I paid.

This unique venue has a beautifully decorated pool with palm trees, umbrellas, a bar, games, and a festive atmosphere simply awaiting guests for a good time. The property manager, Rene, is a gentleman in all respects; kind, considerate and professionally attentive to his guests' every need. We enjoyed getting to know him just as much as staying at the home. I write this now by the water in the backyard, under the California sun with a warm breeze and bird song in the morning air and it feels blest to be here. My wife and I run a B&B in the northwest, and know how challenging it can be to extend hospitality to an ever-changing clientelle. We have stayed in many places in our travels, and no matter how different each one was, it was always the personal touch of the management that made us feel welcomed and happy. This place, especially under Rene's care, exudes that feeling. He makes it easy to feel welcomed, comfortable and at peace here.

My cousin rented this location for her Hawaiian Themed Birthday Party. It was a nicely decorated home and backyard with a pool and restrooms in the back for guests. I would totally rent this place if I had a party or to just escape for a week.

Rented out AirBNB/Venue for a baby shower. The house itself was great and spacious, clean I had time to decorate and provide sleeping arrangements for my out-of-town guests. Rene was amazing, had great communication, and was accommodating to our wants and needs. Our event was small and had a good fun turnout. Our theme was nautical and the decoration of the venue paired well. Just an FYI Neighbors believe they own the public street (it is against city ordinances for them to have their trash/recycle bins on the street outside of pick-up schedules, they can get fined for it) and 3874 are disgusting people for yelling at a pregnant woman. We tried to apologize and be nice to them and they were belligerent. Other than that great access to stores around for quick runs to the store to help with party supplies (Walmart, Family Dollar, grocery outlet, etc) Would Highly recommend

WE HAD AN OUTSIDE PARTY IN DECEMBER SOO NO POOL BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS NICE VERY KID FRIENDLY CLEAN SAFE SPACIOUS

Tropical Paradise truly lives up to its name. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the serene and welcoming atmosphere that defines this gem in Fresno. The rooms are not only spacious and immaculately clean but also beautifully decorated, creating a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The pool area is a delightful retreat - ideal for a relaxing dip or lounging in the sun. Moreover, the communal spaces, including the BBQ area, are well-maintained and provide a great setting for social gatherings. During my stay, I particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the place. It's a fantastic escape from the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently located for exploring the local area.

This place is gorgeous and has my best recommendations! 🩷 The Manager was so friendly, generous and kind. The area is very quiet and the patio with the pool is amazing. The rooms had a nice decor and the beds and bedding is so comfortable. I would definitely stay here another time.
