Staybridge Suites Las Cruces by IHG

My stay at the Staybridge Suites was for several months, and overall it’s been a great experience. The staff truly makes this place stand out. Everyone—from housekeeping to the breakfast team—is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. The front desk staff is always willing to help and goes out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests and take pride in what they do. Long-term stays can feel routine, but the positive attitude and extra effort from the staff make a real difference here. Great Breakfast & Evening Social The daily breakfast is consistently good, and the evening social on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday is a nice bonus. They offer coffee, sodas, and snacks, and it’s a great way to unwind after the day. The breakfast and evening social crew are fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. If you’re someone who normally tips housekeeping, don’t forget about these folks as well. They deserve it just as much.

Small room but was still a nice one, we stayed a week on business nice. The whole staff was very polite and friendly. They have breakfast daily with delicious fresh fruit, I loved the strawberries!🍓 and there’s a small dinner mon-wed. Also they have free wash and dry for their guests. They are pet friendly, I bring my little service dog with me everywhere we go. In the parking lot there is a Peter Piper Pizza, it was quick and easy when you’re tired and hungry 🤤 for lunch or dinner. Also there is a IHOP for breakfast, lunch or dinner if a sit down meal is more your preference. And there’s a view after dark when the city lights come on that’s beautiful that the hotel over look's! All in all this stay was great. I would recommend this hotel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Nice, clean rooms. Hot water, pool and hot tub. The staff was nice. The breakfast was not that great, but it was free and included with the meal. My only complaint is the TV, but it’s the same complaint I have at most hotels. Everyone needs to get on board with casting or letting you log into your own Netflix because the entertainment selections provided are terrible and hard to use. That said that’s a problem everywhere and I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again

I’ve always stayed here when I was going to white sands. Easy I25 and Highway 70 access, lots of parking, staff is amazing, easy access to restaurants too. The only thing I wish was that the rooms were updated but can’t complain at all about this. The rooms are extremely serviceable for what I used them for each time. Loved having the full sized fridge and other kitchenette things

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel was awful. WARNING: Our car and 3 others at least were broken into and items stolen. the local police have stopped responding to this property since they receive "so many calls almost everyday". After notifying the hotel, we were told they removed their outside security cameras because they were alerting the police too much. The hotel never told us at check-in there was a known problem. If they did, we would have removed any personal belongings from our car. The actions of this hotel are highly negligent. Not safe for people, either.

I would like to begin by saying that the majority of the staff were very professional and pleasant; however, I did have an issue with one individual. This particular stay over Thanksgiving was quite different from my previous visit in June. I was in town with my family and had called several times beforehand to ensure that the two-bedroom suite had walk-in showers. After four to six calls, I was assured by two different employees that the rooms we were booking would include roll-in/walk-in showers. Upon arrival, we checked in, and Precious, the Assistant General Manager, was very kind and efficient. When we brought our belongings to the room, I noticed that the bedrooms did not have walk-in showers as promised. Precious did everything she could to accommodate us, but there was no availability. To help make up for the inconvenience, she kindly comped one night of our stay, for which I was very grateful. However, I did have an issue with one front desk staff member the following morning. When I asked if she was aware that Precious had comped one night due to the misinformation about the walk-in shower, she responded rudely and dismissively. Her name was McKayla, and based on her behavior, I believe she would benefit from additional customer-service training, as her attitude was inappropriate and unprofessional. Additionally, there were several cleanliness concerns during our stay: there was hair in the utensil drawer, the floors between the bed and the wall did not appear to have been vacuumed, and two of the beds had visible stains. The room with the two queen beds also had a slight odor of urine. The housekeeping staff were also playing loud music in the housekeeping room where they wash and dry clothes. I would like to thank Precious, because if it were not for her hospitality, I would have checked out the next morning after treated so rudely.
