Days Inn by Wyndham Las Cruces

The room was over priced. I had to put down a $100 deposit which is understandable. I smoked outside but didn't want to litter so I put my cigarette butts in the trash can and I also washed my face with the wash cloth which had some make up on it. When the front desk went and checked my room first she was trying to call me a liar and say I smoked in my room which I did not because I don't even smoke in my own home or vehicle. She says I should have just littered instead of throwing my cigarette butt in the trash then she also tells me because I washed my face with a wash cloth that she was keeping my $100. So because her housekeepers didn't put make up remover clothes in my room and because I didn't litter they pretty much robbed me of my $100. Do not stay here this place is a scam.

Lets be real here, sometimes you get what you pay, but this is a nice place, rooms have been updated, nice clean situated very nicely had a great 1 night stay, had some road noise but i was on the road side of the hotel. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options, coffee good also, my really only complaint is the showerhead didn't spray at all which was a bummer, over all i would stay again and i will because its on my to destination that i travel back and forth from midwest to the southwest

We booked a last minute stay online we got there was was greeted and checked into our room I believe the fastest I every had. The room was the cleanest I have experience in a while. The big towels where a bonus. The convenience off the highway was a bonus. I would highly recommend this place.

This was the second time we'd stayed at this motel & we will likely stay again because of the location, BUT(!), we were very disappointed. The first time the desk person was just lovely. This time, not so much. A different young woman was working when we checked out & she acted as if she was very disturbed by having to do her job, that I, the reason for her job, was interrupting her personal time or something. She did not care about the fact that the bed bruised my leg really badly, & acted as if she'd heard the complaint so much that her response was obviously canned. As for the bed... Comfortable, yes. But a part of the frame was sticking out, twisted, & hidden by the bedskirt. So when I got up in the night to pee, I jammed my shin on it. Then again in the morning. Kinda put a damper on our trip since it hurt for about a week. When I spoke with the cleaning lady, who was very sweet & kind, she showed me her leg & how bruised & cut up from the bed it was. In summary, the management does not care about either the customers nor the staff. So BE AWARE & cautious. Our room was on the ground floor, east end in the middle, facing south. I don't know if other beds are the same or just the one. The AC is noisy. Breakfast is nothing but sugar, of course. But there are good breakfast restaurants nearby.

Room was dirty, bed was horribly uncomfortable. Not where to sit, bed only|| Left a day early it was so bad. Bed linens were thread bare. No pillow cases on pillows. MD in bathroom, plaster.coming down in shower. Place is run down. Won't be back thats for sure.

PRO: The Staff was helpful and Checking in was fairly easy. The location was convenient and close to the freeway. Complimentary breakfast. .The ac was falling apart but it worked CONS: overpriced for the quality. The place is a run down. The room wasn't clean and it smelled funky . There was hair on the bathroom floor. Stained sheets and towels . They Skimp out with towels and toiletries.

I was on my way to a destination several hours west of exit 140 (Las Cruces) off 10. I was advised by a friend at my ultimate destination to stop, relax and get a good night’s rest before continuing on my way. I took his advice and found this Days Inn very close to the exit off 10. I had been driving over 12 hours, was tired and needed a smiling face and an easy check in process ASAP so I could settle in and get some much needed rest before continuing.||I could not have imagined the situation any better than what I actually experienced. The front desk clerk was pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable and quick. I’m a senior and was a little tired and wobbly after driving so long, stopping only for Gas. The clerk found me a first floor room without me even asking, her transaction wrap up was excellent, even reminding me to make sure my car was locked before settling in the room. Beyond the obvious reasons a senior would appreciate the efficiency, the knowledge and smooth transaction, the courtesy, anticipation of need or concern and the kindness made me one very satisfied customer. To boot, the room, including the bathroom facilities, was very clean, the bed was comfortable and overall, the room was quiet. I’m traveling to meet up with some old friends for Thanksgiving. This unscheduled stay at this Days Inn has just brightened my whole outlook about the season and I’ll remember it fondly for a long time to come. I will be back!
