Too highly rated for the quality. The bed was concave in the center with hard springs around the border. The jetted tub had maybe a minutes worth of lukewarm water at best. Breakfast was standard but looked like microwaved egg patties. I’ve stayed at comfort suites before but this seemed closer to a mid-range Red Roof inn. However the staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean. No problems with any personnel.

This place is always amazing every time we stay here. Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool area is nice. Loved the Christmas decorations this year!!

How convenient of a place, really. I mean their breakfast was sublime and the service was amazing. Tbh a good visit even if you aint need a hotel 😭 i would live here if i could🥹

I stayed here for over a month M-F and had no issues! It is a great hotel and location is perfect right off 31. |The room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator worked all the time.|The pool was are relaxing and the hot tub was hot.|Fresh cookies almost daily!|Enjoyed the laminate floors in my room and the lights that turned on and off automatically.|Breakfast was your typical breakfast and the host were very attentive.|The front desk staff in the afternoon really welcomed you in each afternoon!

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Spacious rooms. Hot tub was a great end to a long day. Decent breakfast, but coffee was disappointing, not much more than dirty water.

Well, first and foremost, I booked the hotel room through the privilege choice website; there was NOTHING listed about a deposit fee. Upon arrival, I was informed that it was an incidental fee of $150.00. So I paid the deposit because I was tried and had already driven 2hours. Checked into room 322 and found there were a few ROACHES in the bathroom. Took a video, and went back to front desk and requested a different room. The African American receptionist attitude and demeanor wasn’t so pleasant. She was very nonchalant and slightly rude. The other young lady switched me to room 311 and when I woke up this morning, there were BEDBUGS crawling on the pillow. I checked out immediately and all I got was "sorry about that, we got the exterminator coming out" which leads me to believe the hotel was fully aware of the roaches and bedbugs. I was highly dissatisfied with my stay. I do have videos of both the roaches and bedbug and showed them to hotel staff.

Front desk staff very rude. As soon as I walked in and it got worse as the process went on We were here for a family Christmas which I told her about but. No response like she cared less. When my kids got there to see us and hang out swim just relax she went crazy. Locked us out of pool area. She said it the her Boss he’s the one who doesn't want all these extra people here. Refund was refused Just a horrible place to stay at. !!!!!! Never again. Never referring family
