Ballpark was very nice. The refreshment area was top notch. The infield was turf which was very nice. The out field that was another story. Dead grass. I know they charge $8 per entry so I hope they can improve that.
This is the first time I have gotten the chance to play at this complex. The idea is great.... however the outfields are dead and or bare in spots and most all of the nets are falling down. I am totally good with paying to use fields like this but they need to be maintained. If I owned and operated this facility, I would be embarrassed.
Fields are in pretty bad shape. Looks like they didn't have any money for maintenance and upkeep of the facility. All of the outfields have vast areas of dirt patches, and the infield, while completely turf, weren't much better. Great concept that seems to have flopped in this spot. Other BLD parks are much better maintained. With the cover charge at the gate, and the price gouging at the snack bar (no outside food or drink allowed), along with the crazy amount PG charges to play in their tournaments, you would think this place would be pristine.
The field is fine, but they don’t allow outside snacks into the facility. They want you to buy stuff on campus. For travel ball paying to enter, visiting from out of town, then being have gatekeepers telling me I can’t bring in food to feed my kid. I would opt out of playing at this field. Also scoreboard was not on for 8 am game
Is a great complex, with little versions of some MLB stadiums 🏟, but for sure I'm this is not the best version. Pretty sure the best days are way back, lot of patches over the fields and lack of painting and maintenance over there. For kids, this must be great place. Enough parking spaces and bathrooms 🚻 available inside. $8 entrance fee for visitors per day. Enjoy your visit.
It's still 100 degrees in Vegas and they don't allow kids to bring in electrolyte drinks. The place is in severe disrepair the nets are all torn down and they charge $5 to get in. I took my kids' drinks back to the car and then they sent someone over to check my bag again trying to accuse me of bringing them back in when they were in the car.
The fields are pretty cool with the turf in the field, but they do have some weird hops and bounces on the turf. The environment was fun and made you feel like you were at a big league park. Especially the overpriced food. It was fun to be able to see the games from inside the restaurant and bar area. I do like how we can bring our own chairs or you can sit in the bleachers. Good coverage for foul balls and overall a great experience. You can even use the batting cages on site if desired.
