Marina Village Conference Center

We were at the Bayroom for a Celebration Of Life of a friend and colleague. The room was spacious, had large windows overlooking the harbor. The buildings and areas were weather worn and dated (like from the 70s). The event was very nice, had standard room only for most people. The set up should've been rows of chairs rather than tables.

I came for a weeklong conference. The facility has so much potential but it is literally falling down, there are pieces of the roof on the group and lots of termite eaten wood all over. I was in a small room and the lighting was terrible but there were 2 big windows. It was nice to be able to walk along the marina in the off time. The bathroom floor was always soaking wet (and no caution signs) and the sink faucets were so dirty. I learned the city own it so that made sense how sadly unkempt it is.

Got engaged here ! It was so beautiful - the staff is very nice and helpful! The venue is a bit aged however I believe that's what gives it so much character! To this day we still receive so many compliments on our engagement day. We used Ranch Catering, they are located on the property, there food was great as well.

This is my second time using this service for a quinceañera all I gotta say that professionalism is their main thing. I just wanna trow a quick shout out to Julie and her entire staff but mainly to the people that were there with us beautiful personal Omar always on top of his game. Mario was always backing everything just in time, gorgeous Michelle like everyone else always giving 110% for all that I salute you guys made this party amazing. I will definitely consider you guys in the future.

Came here to help out with a wedding in one of their event spaces, and on my way to walking to the room, a piece of the flew off and hit me in the back of the head. Granted, it was a breezy day, but I fear it will only get worse with stronger winds. All that said, the place needs to quite the update, especially with wedding parties and events.

The Marina Facility is Very well maintained and Staffed. I purchased My first Boat which was in a Slip here. I have never stopped learning or discovering new experiences and new places. The Management Staff continues to make all kinds of visual and functional improvements. It's been here for many years but the Management team has made it a Fresh and Active facility! They have done a makeover that makes the Marina among the finest in San Diego!
