Definitely 💯 times better than it was. Like someone previously commented, finally a gym that understands a layout. However, their machines & soft jump boxes need SERIOUS help. I only took the picture of what I used, because the other leg extensions were bru-tal! I didn't even wanna sit on them. Thankfully they added enough squat racks where the rotation moved pretty decent. The leg machines on the top floor - You got to wait in line. I thought going midday would be less busy. Boy was I wrong. Took me forever to find parking and the gym was packed. Def one of the bigger 24s. They REALLY need more cleaning and water stations. How do they expect to keep the place kept, if You have to go hunting for it.

The hygiene standards at this location have become a serious health concern. I have documented the state of the men’s showers twice in the last five days, and conditions are only getting worse. • Shower Area: The floors are covered in standing water, discarded trash, used toiletries, and visible grime. • Maintenance: Even at 2:00 PM on a weekday, the area looks like it hasn't been touched in days. • Management Failure: I attempted to speak with a manager and was told they were unavailable. More concerningly, the staff admitted that the men's locker rooms are not cleaned even once a day because they lack male custodial staff. It is completely unacceptable to charge membership fees for a facility that refuses to perform basic daily sanitation. I am canceling my membership and would caution anyone—especially those with health sensitivities—to stay away until they fix their cleaning protocols Stopped in at 2:00 PM on a Wednesday January 28 and the men’s locker room showers were in unacceptable condition. There was trash, discarded toiletries, and standing water everywhere. It's disappointing to see the lack of basic upkeep during the middle of the day. Management: Please consider implementing a mid-day cleaning rotation to ensure the facility remains sanitary and presentable for members.

I have been waiting for the jacuzzi to be working for a long time. Last time they lied to me saying that part had arrived they were just waiting for installation. Know after week I call back to make sure it is working before I make the trip. Due to my pain in my body. Representing told me it’s is not working . When I questioned him about what I was told? He said " I only say what the manager wants me to say" I responded to him" Wow! They must not pay you enough to care" thank you. I pay monthly dues and extra for massage chair do to my leg pain. To not take medication this brings sothung to my legs. Not only the place is filthy in the sauna but there has been many things not repair even the simple thing like a shower head in handicap. The floors water accumulation in corners of sauna and a awful smell. You can literally see the dark water. They have not maintain the place. If you call main number it send you to call the location you are complaining about. The manager tells you how expensive the part is and how they are just waiting for part. How can a business with so much money coming in monthly continue with this? If you are a member please help me to get this matter taken seriously.Thank you. If you are not a member you might want to look for a better alternative.

I had an amazing experience starting my membership with Jade. From the moment I walked in the door, Jade met me with a smile and made me feel welcome and at home. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism went such a long way in making me decide to start my membership at imperial location. She Also took the time To Introduce and refer me to a trainer named Greg, who was amazing as well. You are lucky to have such an amazing representative. Thank you, Jade for making me feel like part of your family.

Could be a great gym but there's no maintenance or upkeep. I've never seen a more chaotic dumbell rack. You have to go on a safari to find the weight that you need.

This location made a huge mistake of getting rid of the basketball courts.....by doing so u alienated a large portion of clients that came here specifically for that reason.....now u gotta drive all the way to the El cajon location for that which is completely out of the way......it's getting harder and harder to find a decent indoor court to go and put in some good cardio playing a couple pickup games...... whoever decided this was a good thing to do needs to change it back asap.....

Every time I come here I am greeted with a smile by Jade at the front desk she is so nice her customer service is on point. Also, David always goes above and beyond to make sure the gym is clean and safe. I really appreciate both your effort it makes a difference and it doesn't go unnoticed thank you so much.
