Camp Woodland

My daughter has been going to Camp Woodland for the past three summers, and it has truly become one of her favorite places. Every year she looks forward to going back, reconnecting with her friends, and making new ones. The friendships she’s built there are so special, and the activities they plan keep the kids excited and engaged every single day. There’s never a dull moment! The staff is fantastic friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond if there’s ever a question or concern. I believe the manager’s name is Lori, and she has been nothing but helpful and kind each year we’ve attended. It’s a great feeling knowing your child is in an environment where people genuinely care. The only thing I wish could be improved is the food situation. For the price which is a tad expensive it would be nice if at least one meal was included. That said, the overall experience, the fun my daughter has, and the wonderful memories she comes home with make it a place we keep coming back to. Camp Woodland is more than just a camp; it’s a summer tradition our family truly treasures.

This is our 10th consecutive year sending our children to Camp Woodland. (not to mention, I was a camper there when I was a child). Every year our kids excitedly start to watch the 'Countdown to Camp' weeks before camp starts. The camp and staff continue to exceed our expectations! Wonderful staff, field trips and activities. Thank you Camp Woodland!

This was our first time putting our son in summer camp, & it was amazing! The staff is warm, fun, & made him feel right at home. He enjoyed so many new activities throughout the summer, made great friends, & I watched his confidence grow tremendously. I also have to mention how fantastic they are about keeping track of lost & found items — the staff is truly on top of everything. We’ll be back next year for sure & will be recommending this camp to our friends & family!

This was my son's first summer at camp, and it completely exceeded my expectations! From day one, the staff made him feel welcome and included. The activities were nonstop fun — from swimming and arts & crafts to fishing and dancing, there was always something exciting going on. He made new friends, learned new skills, and created memories he will never forget. The counselors were super supportive, energetic, and always there to help. I can’t thank everyone enough for making this such an unforgettable experience. Already counting down the days until next summer!

My son absolutely loves this camp! He always looks forward to going every year and comes home with the best stories about his day. The staff is incredibly organized, and I appreciate how safe and seamless every summer feels as a parent. I also really like the variety of activities and fun field trips everyday...my pre-teen is never bored. Highly recommend!

From the moment that I dropped my 6 year old son off on the first day I felt at ease. You can tell the staff loves children and loves what they do. They are so kind. The excursions and itineraries each day are meticulously curated and my son loved every minute.. each day I would ask him how was camp? And his answer was always GREAT!! It's a leap of faith to drop your child off and leave them in the hands of someone else. I always felt that he was being taken care of and looked after. Even on excursions to water parks, bowling alleys and movies I never worried for a second. We can't wait for next summer to see their smiling faces again!

We’ve sent our kids to Camp Woodland for so many summers and each one is better than the last. The staff is amazing and truly care about our kids, the schedule is filled with fun events and they do a great job making every week memorable. Couldn’t recommend them more
