Pyramid Park

Beautiful scenic location. Lovely views of sea cliffs and rocks. Good variety of wildlife to spot. Breaking sea waves are a joy to see. Nestled along the picturesque coastline of Santa Cruz, Pyramid Park is a hidden gem that captivates with its stunning natural beauty and serene atmosphere. I remember this year's ago before the storm that has forever changed this area, Still beautiful. Definitely be careful if you go and do anything beyond the top area. Take a book or something and stay awhile and enjoy life

Love watching waves hitting the cliff at this cove. However that is a cause for concern of potential erosion. Unfortunately it occurred as recent as 10 days ago. This in addition to the extensive damage took place in January 2023. Some pics attached. A pond used to be there with ducks, Calla Lilly’s, due to erosion just the drainage remained. Side walk is closed between Auburn and Sacramento streets.

Im working on a house in the area, for my lunch i ate down in the sand area. You have to climb and steep hill to get to the bottom where sand is. There are steps and a pile of rocks i walked. It was quiet and a very light mist in the air, not damping anything or the rocks i sat on were not wet. It is a good apot for night time or to take a date too. Nice area.

Another "must see" sure that comes up in Google when you literally put must see in as a place to explore. Santa Cruz is so beautiful!

Very nice beach. The locals are rather unfriendly but I don't blame them: too many bad people from San Jose destroying this place. Beautiful homes and great scenery. I used to live in Santa Cruz so I understand why the locals don't like tourists. That's ok though. If you follow the rules while on the beach you shouldn't have a problem. Unfortunately many people from the Bay area don't know how to read.

Great Natural Spot to watch and listen ocean musical waves. You can feel calm and peace. Great to have day picnic.
