One of the best spots I have been to in Port Arthur area for the price, free laundry, gym and showers/restrooms facility is always clean and is paved the slots are a bit tight but I can’t complain. Utilities included in price for the month. Like I said they aim to keep the common areas clean included the lot so props for that. Staff is also really friendly and willing to help.
Very nice RV resort! Owner, management, and staff are very helpful and friendly. Free clean laundry mat and gym. Our stay has been very pleasing.I highly recommended!

Excellent, clean facility. EVERYTHINGS are free. Just brought in my RV. FREE Laundry, FREE WIFI, FREE GYM, FREE UTILITIES!!!!! NO MUD, VERY CLEAN facility. FRUENDKY staff.
Great place to stay friendly staff and everything is included with pad price calm place well lit at night for a good piece of mind
You cannot reach anybody at this location they tell you to come in and then nobody is there
I stayed a month at this park it was very clean nice and quiet. The laundry center was free and clean.Recommend staying here.
