SweatHouz East Memphis Contrast Therapy Studio

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they showed me around with a smile. I ended up doing a walk-in visit that day and was so happy they were able to fit me in. It definitely made me seriously consider getting a membership. I instantly fell in love with the aesthetics of the place—it’s beautiful and so clean. There was staff everywhere working together to make sure each room was cleaned before and after every guest, which is so important. I also loved how knowledgeable everyone was, from explaining how to use the rooms to walking me through the technology. I can’t wait to come back!

Excellent experience! Staff was warm and welcoming, and kindly explained how everything worked. Our room was private, laid out well and very modern/luxurious. I did a special for Valentine’s Day and the hour seemed to pass by quickly. The sound from the tv plays very clearly in the sauna. They have an area in the back with a couple mirrors and space to prep yourself before you leave. Would recommend!

I've heard a lot about benefits of contrast therapy and am glad we have such a great option in town. In the sauna, you can change the temperature, lighting, music, and TV. The cold plunge took a few sessions for me to get comfortable, but now I like the contrast. Nice to have a private suite, where you can fully disconnect. High-end facility and experience. I feel great after each session.

SweatHouz is a fantastic addition to the Memphis area, and I truly hope to see additional locations open in the future. The facility is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed, with amenities that clearly reflect attention to detail—such as complimentary electrolytes, hair ties, and shower caps. The Vitamin C shower following the sauna session was a standout feature and easily my favorite part of the experience. While the overall environment and concept are impressive, I was disappointed by the level of customer service provided by the afternoon staff. The interaction did not reflect the same level of excellence demonstrated by the facility itself. With more attentive and welcoming service, the experience would have easily warranted a five-star rating.

This was my first time and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I missed was the time clock. It wasn't explained to me in the initial introduction. I just figured it out when I saw it. Otherwise it was a great experience and I will be back.
