Perspire Sauna Studio

My husband and I received a complimentary session to try when I attended a conference. This location gives you the option of sitting in a single sauna or a sauna that allows up to 3 people. This was a very relaxing experience and my husband and I started going once a week. You can customize your session to you and control the heat level, lighting, and what you watch or listen to on the tv. I highly recommend trying this. You’ll be hooked! Julie is the area director and she is great! After a session, I sleep amazing and my muscles feel relaxed.

Love my sessions. I was told yesterday that they are opening two more locations in Omaha and one will have the cold shower available after your session! Eek! I tried the Halotherapy (microscopesalt particles, lasts 20 minutes), the sauna can not be warmer than 140°, which I like to have mine set at 170° prior to arrival. Did I notice any benefit from the halo one? Not really, I had extra secretions later that day..coughing up clear gunk and blowing out clear gunk from nose. If you enjoy your sauna super hot, I suggest not doing the halo therapy because the Sauna will not get up to a higher temp with only 20 minutes left. Go get your sweat on!!! Overall, helps with acne (a must), helps with muscle soreness, detoxification. I feel super relaxed after a 40 min session, the next day I feel more energized, "alive" lol. I wish one could go longer than 40 minutes, as I feel the sweating really doesn't start for me until I have 15 minutes left (at max setting). I love both locations, but prefer the 147th west maple location over the 180th Wright street location. It seems several saunas at the 180th location do not get up or go over 150°, which is unacceptable for me. Plus the location at 180th Wright Street, the traffic is a lil crazy over that way.

I received a complementary session though my work. I went the day after Christmas. What a perfect day to go. It was very relaxing!!! The remote for the TV wasn't working very well. But, I wasn't there to watch TV. It was very clean. I was impressed with that. I explained it to my husband as it was like a private tanning bed only it was a sauna. I loved it!!! I'm looking forward to my next session! I signed up for 4 more sessions. I'm sure I will sign up for more. Check it out!

I had a wonderful experience at Perspire on Maple. The staff was helpful, the place is very clean, scheduling was easy and it was very relaxing! I will definitely be making this a regular part of my week.

Be careful not to accidentally leave anything there! Because they won’t keep it safe for you until you come back to retrieve it. I asked to be connected with a manager and they never did. Overall they gave me the impression that they really didn’t care that they lost my necklace.

I have gone to perspire multiple times and every time the staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and ready to go for you. I highly recommend the private sauna experience is amazing for relaxation and releasing toxins!
