24 Hour Fitness

I signed up at this gym over 20 years ago and has been my go-to in different phases of my life. Highlights: clean/alot of well kept equipment/good lighting/pool/spa/court/squat racks. One of the trainers deserves a special mention: Anthony J. is the real deal. Has always trained and motivated others even before he worked as a trainer here. He's inspired me and helps both experienced and beginners in their training journey. That's one thing I've learned; it's not about 'going to the gym' but enjoying the journey of a healthy lifestyle both in-and-out of the gym. Trainers like Anthony help us with that journey. As much as I don't want to recommend alot of people to come to this gym (selfishly) it's certainly worth/needed for me lol. Keep up the good work 24!

Jamie was so kind and beyond helpful. My husband and I had questions regarding the gym and she answered them all so thoroughly and respectfully. Now when we visit, her positive energy always gets us ready for our workout! Update - some new workers could use some more customer service training. Especially turning your back to a guest. I recently went to this 24 hour fitness and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service at the front desk. I had the pleasure of interacting with April, who is professional, friendly, and has a welcoming demeanor. Her knowledge and positive attitude create an inviting environment that makes the gym feel approachable and enjoyable for everyone who walks in. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about providing the best experience, and I look forward to returning. If you’re looking for a gym with excellent customer service and a great atmosphere, this 24 Hour Fitness is the place to be!

My trainer, Zionne, at 24 Hr Fitness is excellent. He is always upbeat and professional. He curates each session to where I am at physically, emotionally and mentally. He relates on a very personal level and pushes me to get the most out of each session. He gives excellent examples of how an exercise should feel and pinpoints exactly how to be in the proper position to get the most out of each rep. He gives wonderful feedback. I look forward to Wednesday afternoons to see what new exercises and stretches he’ll give me. He’s an excellent coach and trainer.

Mike and Jamie are probably the two best 24 employee’s I’ve dealt with during the duration of my time here at 24. I’ve been to quite a number of different locations and they are definitely top of my list. Great personalities, and high energy everytime I see them. I highly recommend them.

One of the best saunas, nice staff…. But currently there hasn’t been hot running water in the men’s showers for at least a week. Other than that and keeping the spa fixed in a timely fashion, this is one of the better locations. I’m just frustrated about the hot water, would have given 5 stars. And will when they fix it.

As a member of 24 hour fitness for the past 20 years, this by far one of my favorite facilities. Not only is it cleanly and equipped with up to date machinery, however the staff is also incredibly friendly. Both Jamie and Jeremy were extremely helpful in assisting my friend with his membership.
