SweatHouz Long Beach Contrast Therapy Studio

I’m in love with contrast therapy it feels so good and invigorating. I had a stroke last year and was told this would be one of the most helpful healing things to do help my specific blood condition. So I took the plunge and have been loving it ever since!

The room is private. You can relax and recharge by yourself while watching TV or listening to music. The cold plunge is tough but I managed to enjoy the benefits

They educated me on every single modality. The insured I was taken care of and thoroughly went over all of the Details that I need to know for when I return. This was just what self care Sundays call for. The reset, recharge and recovery was amazing. My favorite was the cold plunge.

First time experience and it was great! From friendly and great customer service at the front desk to literally answering questions I never asked. The sauna is great and the speakers in it is the perfect touch. The cold plunge bath was one of my favorite. I ended up getting the membership after just the first visit! I loved SweatHouz! It's brand new and super clean. The staff is welcoming, and the place has a cool vibe that's both energizing and relaxing. I normally hate cold water, but I managed to stay in the cold plunge for 3 minutes, then took a 30-minute sauna and the vitamin C shower completed the experience. I felt like a million bucks afterward. Took a photo of a cool machine there—can't wait to try it next time.
