Awesome team here! Kailey is a ray of sunshine! Came in for an assessment on my son and bought a membership because of the friendly energy and great customer service. The environment is clean and has all the amenities I need. Very pleased!

Weldon and Charlotte are the best, this is definitely one of the better 24 hours in the area. They keep it very clean, they refill the spray bottles and paper towels constantly, and all of the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating!

I really appreciate this gym. Even though the storm came through, they were still able to be open so I can continue my goals for 2026. The management is great here and they were very willing to assist me in every way possible to meet my needs. I recommend this gym.

Of all the 24 Hour Fitness locations I’ve used—across North and South California and Dallas, TX—the East Plano location stands out as my best experience, largely thanks to the manager, Davis. He listens, treats members with respect, and is flexible, kind, and genuinely considerate, which shows in how smoothly the gym is run. The facility is clean and spacious, and my buddies and I don't have to wait for equipment, making workouts stress-free and enjoyable. The atmosphere is welcoming and well managed. Highly recommend this location.

Men’s locker room smells of urine. The faucets in the men’s locker room are all broken. The floors are always wet. The padded flooring in the free weight area is cracked and broken with huge gouges. Too much of the upholstery on the machines is cracked and broken. The exercise bicycles need to be maintained better. The water fountains are disgusting. The swimming pool is always dirty. The sides of the pool are disgustingly filthy, and need to be scrubbed. I don’t see any difference between the new management and the old management. It’s a cheap discount gym and it shows. on the positive side, the staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. They do their best with what little the corporate headquarters gives them. They deserve better. The work out area is generally clean. Most of the machines are well-maintained. The free weight area is generally well organized.

Amazing gym. Specifically this location. The staff is amazing and they do everything they can to keep the equipment fixed and building clean. I drive an extra 10 minutes past closer 24 locations because this location off of Parker is run so well. They can about their guests and they care about their building. I would highly recommend choosing to come to this location. I’ve been coming here for years and don’t plan to change.

I never write reviews, but I just had an experience that really made me think, "Wow. That wasn't nearly as bad as I thought!." Granted, when you're signing up, there are fees and extras that you don't feel are necessary, but what can ya do? This is about Davis and the staff. I've never encountered any hostility from them and have always been received kindly in the gym. The training I've had is respectful and Davis, the general manager, really is willing to work with you and help you out. I could feel that he's doing his thing as a manager and trying his best to keep me, but he must be doing something right since I decided to renew and stay! He helped me out in my situation and I am very thankful that Davis worked around me and helped me land on a decision I was happy with! As far as gym things go, it's a gym you know? But the staff is great and I always appreciate the kindness and positivity from them!
