I just wanted to take a moment to recognize James for his outstanding support. He truly went above and beyond in assisting me with my task. Not only did he take the time to help me solve my problem, but he did so professionally and with a great attitude. He also followed up to ensure everything was completed as expected, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you, James, for your exceptional customer service!

If I could give this place zero Stars I would I went in last Friday January 30th 2026 to cancel my membership. The girl at the front desk was letting me know that the system wasn't letting her cancel my membership that I would have to come back to speak with the general manager. When I got upset she said that she would have the manager called me that day so we can get it canceled is now been over a week and no one has reached out I've tried to go back and the same thing has happened I just want to cancel my membership.

This was my first time at crunch. Had a lot of questions and wondering what gym I could call home. Chance and John had excellent customer service and helped me out a lot. Crunch got some great people working for them!

SCAMMY and SNEAKY sales tactics! Tried to cancel my account several months ago, the worker told me over the phone that he would set it up to cancel after the "freeze", since I had already paid for that month. That didn’t happen. Found out today that it’s not even possible. I never even got a email when said "freeze" ended, so I was never made aware at any point that my membership was still active. The last email I have from Crunch was when I supposedly cancelled. They’ve been charging me for months now, even though I clearly haven’t been to that location. She basically told me "sorry about your bad luck" and refused to even do the paperwork for a refund because "it would be denied because there’s no proof" that I wanted to cancel because THEIR EMPLOYEE FAILED TO DO THE PAPERWORK CORRECTLY. I just want a refund. So disappointed.

I absolutely adore this place. Have been going to this gym for as long as I can remember. Always clean. Very good machines. They’re smooth and feel natural. I love the people here! Especially the employees!! CJ always has the biggest smile and is always helpful and extremely kind. Chloe is the sweetest girl I’ve ever met and I always love talking with her! Bailey is always super nice and cheerful! Rebecca and John are also extremely kind and inviting to be around. If you’re looking for a gym with everything you need, good people, and a fair price, I’d recommend this place!!

Prior to this experience, everything was great! However, I decided to get my own membership and the lady who signed me up specifically said that I’d be able to cancel my membership a week after in order to not pay the annual fee. By doing so, I’d be able to get a feel for the gym. Unfortunately, when attempting to cancel my membership in person, the manager told me that I would still have to pay my annual fee on top of three monthly payments. On top of that, the manager decided to give an attitude, which is extremely unprofessional. This was not once explained to me when signing my contract, and now I am dealing with their management team. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, and I’d recommend everyone to go to Club4 fitness instead. Club4 has new equipment, same price, and a better management team. Do better Crunch.

My husband and I recently decided to come back to the gym and we were helped by Fernando and James right away! They are very knowledgeable and genuine with all the amenities they offer here. There's been a ton of improvements and changes from when we first came here. Very excited to see how progres will flow here.
