Jacuzzi of Lubbock

They have replaced 3 upper panels on my jacuzzi and they are expensive. They last 6-8 months and the warranty is only 6 months. But why have I had to get 3 in only 2 years time? They dont seal the instrument panel. They should warranty these and also install a better seal so they dont stop working. Even more frustrating that is only one button that stops working and its the same button every time. Must be getting wet but they should stand behind it. Each time its almost $700

When a hailstorm damaged the cover, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the replacement arrived. The two young men who installed it were professional, efficient, and even replaced some hardware while working nonstop in the heat. Their attitude and workmanship were outstanding. Great product, excellent service—I highly recommend this business!

Jim was great at helping my family decide which hot tub was the best for our family. Then Cayden and Brodie were awesome with the set up and letting us know everything we needed to. 100% recommend these guys!

I researched all the different hot tub makers. Jacuzzi is the top of the line manufacturer and highly rated for its service. It’s not a "hot tub" it’s a Jacuzzi. Jim helped me pick out the model that I needed and set up the install. David DuPont was on site and helped the guys make sure it was set up just the way I wanted it. David came back later and showed me all the bells and whistles, and got my first dose of chemical right. Overall, the sales and service of Jacuzzi Lubbock is top notch and I highly recommend getting one of their therapeutic Jacuzzis!!!!

New tub was installed today. I am extremely pleased with the process to date. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, steering me to a model that fit our space constraints. Installation team was great, removing old tub and installing the new. The installation was not easy but they made it look that way! Can’t wait to use it!

Our Jacuzzi Hot Tub was delivered today and so far it does not disappoint. There are many things to still discover about the Jacuzzi brand since this is our first one. David at West Texas Hot Tubs made sure the Jacuzzi we chose fit our lifestyle & hydrotherapy needs. He even took the time to come to our home to see our space and to explain everything we would need in place (concrete pad, electrical, best location) even before we had made the purchase. His expertise sealed the deal. Mason and his delivery team were great! The 3 young men really worked well together and were so polite. The delivery was on time and well executed.
