AMAZING time at SISU - my whole family is hooked on the authentic sauna& cold plunge experience that Glenn has created! We came for my husband’s birthday & then when the family was home — WOW, so wonderfully relaxing, challenging & fun! Thank you for having us!! We’ll be back!

This was my first experience with sauna and ice therapy but have heard of the many health benefits so I was interested in trying it. I was nervous for the cold bath but that ended up being my favorite part! I did my session in the morning and for the rest of the day I felt calm and like my shoulders were relaxed. Glen is awesome and provided some great conversation, it's obvious that he's passionate about what he's doing. I definitely look forward to my next session!

This Sauna and cold plunge experience was amazing. No shot that anything in the area even compares. The benefits that stem from this mentally and physically are unmatched. Glens been a friend of mine for a long time and is MORE than willing to help and coach first timers through this awesome experience. If you are even partially considering doing this I’d give it a shot!

This was my family's first sauna and cold plunge experience, and it was a fun, invigorating experience! Glen was very helpful. He shared a little bit of history on saunas, his own journey with hot and cold therapy, and coached my mother through the cold plunge. We had more energy and slept better after our session. Definitely recommend it, and looking foward to the next session!

Life changing! The proven health benefits of the sauna and cold plunge are only part of it. My sauna sessions have become the center of my self-care and wellness routine. Sauna time is now my favorite time of the week and it feels great! The Night Moves sessions on Wednesday and Fridays nights are awesome. You will get the best sleep of your life! A session takes about an hour, 3 rounds of 15 minutes in the sauna and 2-3 minutes in icy water. Do yourself a favor and try it! You will be hooked!

If you are looking for help with muscle recovery and sleep, look no further! Sisu is amazing. These session have become part of my weekly schedule. It is amazing the benefits the sauna and cold plunge have had on my health (physically and mentally). It is such a great community as well. They have a variety of times for classes plus a night time class…great way to end the day and help with sleep.

SISU is a vet owned sauna and ice therapy facility. I was pleased to see how clean the sauna and ice baths are. The owner, Glen is very friendly and professional. The sauna and ice baths are great tools to aid in my recovery, after my strenuous workouts. I will definitely be returning.
