24 Hour Fitness

This location started out pristine and cleanly when it opened 3 years ago. Nowadays, the paper towels are often not stocked (meaning machines aren’t getting sanitized as often as they should), the machines, ground, and bathrooms are dirty, and the staff isn’t very welcoming or approachable. I genuinely leave here frustrated and feeling gross. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

There is bunch of bugs on the wall around souna and steam room under the cloth rack. And im sure these bugs would move to everyones stuff and would be in all 24 members home and we all would be in trouble. I kindly request 24 hour fitness responsible to take it seriouse and clean it.

I absolutely love this gym! The atmosphere is welcoming, positive, and incredibly motivating, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The equipment is spotless, well-maintained, and there’s a great variety for both strength training and cardio. The classes are especially amazing — the instructors are knowledgeable, energetic, and truly care about proper form, safety, and real progress. Sabre is hands down the best instructor! She is motivating, encouraging, and pushes you in the best way possible while still making every class fun and accessible for all fitness levels. Her energy is contagious, and she makes you feel confident and capable every single workout. Since joining, I’ve seen real results. It truly feels like a community rather than just a place to work out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive, high-quality local gym with outstanding instructors — especially Sabre!

A 24-hour gym in the Blue Oaks area is honestly a great idea, and the location itself makes sense for the community. It’s convenient and fills a real need. That said, I do feel the execution could have been planned a bit more thoughtfully. The biggest issue is space and parking. This location is surrounded by a lot of other businesses, and it can feel cramped both outside and inside. With how many people this gym serves, a larger space — or even a two-story layout — would have made a huge difference. There have been multiple times I’ve come in and had to wait for machines simply because there isn’t enough room or equipment for the demand. Another concern is the privacy for personal training sessions. The see-through glass makes private sessions feel very public, and some people may feel uncomfortable being watched while they’re trying to focus on their workout. A bit more privacy there would go a long way. Overall, it’s a good concept in a great area, but the layout, space planning, and location choice could have been thought out more strategically to match the number of members they serve.

The sauna at this gym isn’t working properly for months, it doesn’t heat up enough like a real sauna, temperature is always lower than how it supposed to be, both of saunas isn’t working good and the management doesn’t take any action to fix it. There’s another 24 hour fitness on Micron ave and their sauna is working perfect, the managers should go there and see how it supposed to be working a regular sauna. Completely unprofessional management. And if they fix this sauna problem in the future, I’ll revise my review in a positive way.

It's the best gym for the money. If you're not rich and can't afford Villa or Lifetime 24 is where you go. It's nice. Nice equipment. Helpful staff. Steam room is great! Cold plunge is chilly!!! See you there!

I love attending this 24 hr Fitness. Noah, who is part of the staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional every time I we encounter each other. All of these aforementioned qualities that Noah has enables him to be a great representative and resource for the company. Way to go, Noah! You are one of a kind.
