i am a very frustrated customer. the jacuzzi has been down for over a month. the kids pool is now also closed. this is our main motivation to sign up with villa since my kids absolutely despise the child care. they dont care about half of the facilities being closed. and when i requested management to mayb prorate the fees since i am paying over $300 and nothing is working.... they just shrug it off. i am highly frustrated. and want to get some justification for us not being able to use the facilities that we PAY for.

If you are looking for a gym where you can actually get a workout in while your kids have a blast, this is the place!" Also, if you have a kid that has special needs, they are fully understanding for that need, I will speak on my behalf, but the previous post that I have read about special needs for this Gym is entirely false. They actually don’t even have dirt and rocks. It’s actually all turf.If you let the staff know of your child’s needs they are great about accommodating. I have noticed they go out of there way to make sure they are well taken care of. Also upstairs has cameras on display where you can watch your children play . The staff including front desk will end up feeling like family/ friends to you!

I’d definitely check this place out for yourself before listening to the negative reviews. I have been a member here for over 3 years and use the gym 3-4 days weeks for weight training, yoga and cardio purposes. I also utilize the childcare and pools. I love the fitness floor because everyone is there to work out and not just be on their phones on the equipment etc. The members and employees who I see almost on a daily basis here are respectful, kind and the atmosphere is very positive. The childcare is amazing. I appreciate that all of the employees need a live scan to work with the kids and that is why this is the only gym I’ll trust to take care of my kids. I have no complaints and I’d recommend it to everyone!

The reviews kept me from this place for a while. I learned a good lesson though, complainers and highly critical people are the main people that leave a review. I have been a member now for almost 4 months and there are always plenty of towels everywhere, well stocked "extras" in the changing rooms, and everything is kept very clean. I enjoy the classes and love the variety of equipment. The spin classes are addictive and the kids program is solid. I used to be a member of Lifetime and I enjoy Villa Sport more.

This gym is fantastic. I'm not entirely sure the level of expectation from some of the absurd low reviews, but our experience here and bringing our kids here has been fantastic. The staff at the front desk and all throughout the facility are friendly and helpful. It's extremely clean and modern. The gym equipment is well maintained. The cycling class is a blast and the instructors are amazing. The pools and whirlpools are delightful. Our kids love the indoor and outdoor play areas. The lap pools are great. And the 18+ age pool area is also a wonderful little escape from the chaos. The showers and locker rooms are fantastic as well. The cafe always has great food and drinks available. We definitely plan on continuing our memberships and coming here for many more years.

First of all, don't make the mistake of entering your primary credit card when you sign up at the very beginning. You will be charged ongoing, unclear fees that you cannot refuse. secondly, in order to cancel your membership, you need to pay for it! this is absurd! and give 1 month notice of cancellation! for which you also need to pay. thirdly, this place is absolutely not worth the money because there are constantly not enough towels, dirty and wet floors, adhesive plasters and hair lying around. and most importantly, it is not clear what is happening to the quality of the water in the family pool outside. my child develops a skin rash after each visit, although this does not happen in other pools. We definitely won’t go here again and won’t recommend it to anyone. For this price you can choose the most profitable alternative.

This place is all about scamming people. I have already filed a claim with the Better Business Burea and plan on also filing a lawsuit against their unethical business practices. I was a member in 2022 under my ex boyfriends account. After we ended the relationship I opened a separate account and removed myself from his completely. Two months after I opened my account I came in to make my payment and was told by the manager, Denise, that I am not welcome back in unless I paid the balance on my ex's account. I explained to her that im not liable for his balance and to take that up with him. She didn't even let me finish talking, instead she cancelled my current account right there and then. Almost 4 years went by and I didnt get anything from Villa sport. Last month I received an email asking me to come back and offering a promotion so I decided to give them a second chance. I paid $140 for a months membership. I went two times and on my second trip I was told by the front desk that my account was flagged and that I cant come back until I speak with the manager, Nick, who will call me the following day. Four days I waited for a call until finally I called the manager myself. He told me that I had a balance of $385 for the account I opened in my name. The balance included a $85 cancelation fee, one months past due membership fee, and 2 months of late fees. I told him that I never cancelled my account and that it was cancelled for me by the manager. I refuse to pay a cancelation fee for something I didn't cancel. I also refuse to pay membership fees for a place that I was told not to return to. If that was the case I wanted my $140 refund immediately since I only went two times before I was told not to return. His response was that i wouldn't be getting back a penny and that they will apply it to my past due debt. This is not only unethical but it's fraud. I never got a single letter about any debt in 4 years, then I get an email begging me to come back just for them to take my money and tell me that I cant use my membership. I read reviews left by other people and it seems like this is an ongoing issue with Villa Sport. This is definitely a basis for a class action lawsuit.
