Omar provided top-tier customer service — he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all the membership options without any pressure. He made the entire process smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, and you can tell they truly care about their members’ experience. I’ll definitely be coming back soon, and if I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great gym and exceptional service! 💪✨

I had an excellent experience at 24 Hour Fitness. The facility was very clean, well maintained, and organized, creating a welcoming environment from the moment I arrived. The amenities are outstanding and include a full-size basketball court, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, making it easy to support both fitness and recovery in one location. Omar was extremely professional and courteous. He provided a brief demonstration of the recovery room and allowed me to try the massage chair, which was exactly what I needed after my workout. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean facility with excellent amenities and professional staff.

I’ve been a consistent member of this gym for some time now and I must say that I enjoy it. However, there are some areas of improvement should be noted: machines and workout stations have been out of service for awhile; the vents in the facility are extremely dirty and dusty; and a few times the showers didn’t have hot water. The staff are cordial, not friendly or nasty. If I have questions they are attentive… sometimes but it’s cool. I like the layout of the facility and I visited a class (Body Pump) which was a really good class, so check it out if you can. The sauna and steam rooms are clean which is really good. If you need a PT, I’d strongly recommend JP. He’s a cool dude, provides detailed information about fitness and he’s the one friendly staff there… lol. I participated in one of his mobility classes and learned a lot from him. Would I recommend this gym? Yes, it just needs some work in a few areas.

Darrin provided outstanding customer service over the phone, which ultimately made me come in for the full experience. The walk-around was very informative, and he was transparent, personable, and knowledgeable throughout. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable, which made the whole interaction feel genuine and welcoming. Thanks to Darrin, I was able to get a clear picture of what 24 Hour Fitness has to offer, and it definitely made a positive impression.

Edit: had an annual membership to attend the spin classes and they canceled them permanently. the class was always well attended by the same group of people. It was fun community with an amazing instructor. They are clearly out of touch with what people want. WILL NOT BE RENEWING Original: Tara’s spin class alone is worth the membership price. she is a wonderful person and her class is a very challenging and fun workout. The weights and machines are well maintained and wait times are short. The pool is always the perfect temperature for lap swimming. the gym, sauna, spa and lockers are cleaned often. The only thing that needs more maintenance are the spin bikes but the class never fills up so there are options.

Outstanding Customer Service by Darrin! I had an amazing experience at the 24 Hour Fitness in Pearland. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, made sure I had everything I needed, and even checked back later to ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and truly cares about members’ experience. Darrin represents the gym exceptionally well and his positive attitude and commitment to great service make this location stand out. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Darrin if you need help!

I have been coming to this location for over 4 years now. The staff is outside and the gym recently had improvements made which made the facility even nicer with more space.
