I am a canon guy. They bought some of my old equipment. They have a great selection of equipment and lenses. They spent a lot of time letting me try some lenses. The sales people were knowledgeable. I had no idea they were here, wish I had known sooner. Update 1. My new lenses are much larger than my old lenses so I needed a new camera bag. So I stopped in with a bunch of my gear. And they have a very wide selection of bags. I know nothing about bags, well, very little about bags and so I spoke with one of their sales people who knew a lot about bags and I'll tell you they very very quickly. Quickly got me to the perfect bag and help me try it out. And I don't think I could have purchased a more perfect bag. I say very quickly but they spent at least 20 minutes with me. And they held onto my equipment while I went to look at a few more things so I could buy a nice teleconverter and they verified that it would work with the lens I wanted to use it with. At another fabulous experience, this is an awesome place Update 2: bought a used body and a used lens. Got a great deal.

Absolutely loved doing business with Midwest Photo! I was looking to trade in my old Fuji camera so I could upgrade. I was able to easily schedule an online consultation to assess my gear. Casey was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He not only sent me a shipping label fast, held a lens for me for when the camera I wanted was back in stock, and shipped everything quickly, but he was able to beat other photography stores' offers for my gear! I have been loving my new camera, and would happily shop from Midwest Photo again!

We were just going to pick up a telephoto lens rental that we placed on the website to test our new camera and went out of the store with a new prime lens and another camera. AMAZING! I almost wish I lived in Ohio so this could be my local camera store. I needed a lot of portra 400 in a pinch before a trip, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it was at a lower cost here than my usual store. Even over the holiday and a weekend, they shipped it INCREDIBLY fast. Got my order out the same day and I had it with several days to spare. Great communication from the store during it all.
