I highly recommend this place, not only were they speedy with the photo turnaround with good quality, they went above and beyond and gave me a spare rewind handle on the house which is hard to find even on eBay, let alone on the island. I would absolutely bring my business here again.

When I first got my film back from them, they came out completely blurry and horrible quality. I called the store and told them that this is not what my camera quality is and my photos aren’t supposed to look like this. The worker told me that it was my cameras fault and that I need to get my camera fixed. I then got ahold of the store and one of the other workers was willing to re scan my film. I knew it wasn’t my fault that my photos looked like that, but the first worker made me believe so. I’m glad that they were able to rescan my photos and finally own up to it being their fault, but I will never get my film developed here again.

ruined my film during the developing, didn’t contact me at all to apologise or anything. i went to the store and they told me it was water damage (aka my fault). i know that is false and a complete lie and told him so. after insisting to have some form of compensation they offered a free roll of film in exchange. mistakes happen but no contact after and knowingly & falsely blaming it on the customer is surreal. quality of the scan is also poor

I’ve had multiple rolls of film developed from Rainbow. I highly recommend them, and I personally prefer them over Treehouse for film development and scans. Their customer service has also gotten a lot better over the years. A few years back there was a worker who was conceded and rude, luckily he’s not there anymore. The current workers there now are way more chill and down to earth.

awful experience. the standard scans are such low resolution that they are unusable for anything but as a preview. as a first time customer with them they were not very understanding and gave me a rude attitude. best to ship your film to mainland

Always looking to support small local businesses ever if there are cheaper options nationally. 4 stars for the over all experience. Film was developed within 24 hours. Docking a star for the interaction with the associate, whom I presume is the manager, with the shaved head and goat tee. Lacks any customer service skills and common sense in sales. I’m already committed to $80+ for 1 print, wouldn’t I want to hear about a $25 photo edit option to make it perfect? If you encounter him, ask for another associate to help you.
