Kelly was our wedding photographer in the spring of 2023 and captured our day perfectly. She has a true gift and passion for the work and it shines. The wedding photos on film are stunning and there's a lovely softness and light that looks timeless compared to digital. I've also participated in one of her classes and I was so impressed by her approach and ability to keep the energy fun, welcoming, creative and informative. I can't recommend her services enough!

Kelly / ESP is the absolute best. There is no one I trust more to handle the developing and scanning of my film! It is a labor of love and Kelly always kills it!! I also had the privilege of taking one of her intro developing classes, after not developing film since high school. She is a phenomenal, engaging teacher who drips with enthusiasm and genuine interest in the work of others and helping cultivate their skills. Kelly of ESP has managed to create a space/business that is educational, supportive, and engaging. As a newer customer, I appreciate how free she is with her expertise and recommendations. Do yourself a favor and shoot that roll of expired film you've had since college, then take it to ESP to get developed. While you're there, peruse the impeccable library of photography books and zines. A real Pittsburgh treasure.

Every time I walk in the door at ESP I walk out feeling so inspired. Kelly is an incredible teacher and wealth of knowledge and Pittsburgh is so lucky to have her. I took her b&w developing course a few months ago and have never felt closer with my photography! She is an absolute gem and I highly recommend working with her and Eastern Standard Photo for all of your photography (not just film!) needs. Took one of Kelly’s 35mm workshops as a total beginner and it was freaking awesome. Literally cannot say enough good things!! Kelly is an excellent teacher - warm, funny, approachable, thorough. I learned so much in just a couple hours and actually shot some film like a legit photographer! I came in thinking this would be a one-time fun activity and left hooked - waiting patiently to buy a camera from ESP so I can officially begin this creative journey. Cannot wait to learn more from Kelly and the ESP community! 😍

I’ve been coming to ESP since I got my film camera and it’s always an amazing experience. Recently I took an Intro to 35mm course here and it really made all the difference to learning how to use a film camera. Highly recommend the shop and the educational classes they offer!
