We really did enjoy our time here. We didn’t figure it out the first time, but came back the same night to eventually solve the game! Great theming and concept. I’ve never experienced an escape room like this before and it was thrilling in every way. Scary, gross, dark, theatrical, complicated, etc. I do wish there was more crawling, small spaces, splatter and more. But with more on the way, I’m sure it’ll be scarier than before.
Really had high hopes going! Is it scary? Yes but is it worth $90 to have it be done in 20 minutes no! It’s super dark in there so try not to walk with your hand out or you’ll be accused of reaching where the actors are and have the guy that thinks he’s security follow you and then point his figure on your chest. It ruined the whole experience for us. It’s dark people can’t see where their hand is going.. don’t like how my husband was treated so won’t be back and definitely not recommending to anyone. They say at the beginning don’t touch the actors but know that no one will touch you either… complete lie. Hope Sleepy Hollow treats their customers better because that’s where we are going instead since we’ve heard great things.
Had a fabulous time! Definitely worth the $$$ ! The actors were super professional and scary 😱 the animatronics are perfectly placed so hard to tell what’s real and what is a precisely placed prop! They have photo ops and actors to take your photo as well as sell souvenir photos! I will be back
Did the escape room for my birthday with my brother! We had a blast doing the escape room, we almost made it but sadly didnt make it in time. We will definetly be back to finish it completly! Cant wait to do it again and succeed! Maybe we will being more people or do it again with just us, who knows but I will be doing this again. To those who dare to play next, good luck! Hopefully you will be more successful then me the first time.
I personally enjoy haunted attractions and the Slaughterhouse really was a blast last year. I took some friends down to be one of the early participants in the Slaughterhouse Escape Room not knowing what to expect. I'm not some escape room guy and only had a general idea of how to play. My friends were of the same mindset and for all of us, it was our first escape room experience. That said, We did not win or beat the game but we had a hell of a good time playing it And I feel like we did pretty good considering it was our first time. I definitely plan to return. This time I'll feel a little more prepared and use the time more wisely. The team at the slaughterhouse did an excellent job making it both scary and fun at the same time. Once the game was over, we got to meet the actors And they let us take pictures and told us all the things we did right and where we might improve next time. Maybe they felt bad that a bunch of newbies. In the end, I'm really glad that we had the experience. We talked about it for days and got some really good laughs. I think people with experience doing escape rooms will do well and have a lot of fun with the elaborate set. It's not for little kids.
Such an AMAZING 10/10 experience! Scared the FU** out of me and my group. Words can’t even describe how amazing the whole 60 min was for us. We can’t thank "The Slaughterhouse" and their actors enough for such an incredible performance and experience. We did ESCAPE and can’t wait for Level 2. Whoop, Whoop!!! Out of every escape room we have done (OVER 500) this is by far the BEST one me and my group have done! I would honestly RECOMMEND this game for experienced groups AND first timers as well. It’s a game where the experience is just so awfully amazing that you will have fun no matter what! Even if you don’t beat the game on your first try. F.Y.I. DO NOT hesitate on ANYTHING in this game, just GO! GO! GO! Yes, some parts are EXTREMELY intense but it’s an hell of a good time! Definitely an experience you will NEVER forget! If you love haunted houses, escape rooms, and or just scary sh** in general than this is PERFECT for you! I wish you ALL luck on saving the victim! 😉 We love you Biggs family <3 💯🐷🖤
We had 6 people go. We did not win for sure. We made it to the end. The actors were super cool. It def had a creepy vibe. It was most of our first escape rooms. It was for the most part pitch black. There were some sections that had small amounts of light. I loved it. The only part we really struggled with was the light. It was hard to see the locks we needed to open in the dark. We couldn't move them to a better area either. The end wasn't as bad. Kudos to the crew!
