Pearl Bar

It starts to pick up around midnight, when we first got there it was empty. The drinks were good. The staff is cool. The outdoor area is chill and really big. The music is okay. They allow soliciting, a person tried to sell us sausages. There’s a lot of seating and a lot of people came alone which I thought was cool.

Tejano and Regeaton on the side and Hip-hop in th e main room! Great night! Huge outdoor patio space! Perfect for chill nights or to shake a lil somethin!

Excellent atmosphere, really cute space with lots of outdoor seating and a really fun vibe (love all the neon signs!) Drinks are reasonably priced. Clearly has built a strong community! Also, I left my jacket there on NYE. I came back two weeks later and it was in lost and found with all of the pocket contents still there, even the cash. That speaks to the community and staff in a really good way, I think.

FLEW TO HOUSTON to visit PEARL. NO LIE. Karaoke night was AMAZING. Drag Artist is HILARIOUS & all inclusive FUN. Security lady at the door supa friendly & welcoming. Lots of talented guests singing FANTASTIC ATMOSPHERE. The bartender w backwards hat on tues makes awesome mock tails & kind Came in THURS OCT 30. Greated by a fabulous worker in parking lot & was invited to steak night. Went in shortly after 6. Said hi to bartender, " hey , how you doing?" & I continued to stare at drink menu deciding what to have. Patiently waited NP. BTW, 1 person on sofa NO ONE AT BAR (just me...) I ASKED " ARE YOU OPEN?" SHE SAID YES. that's it. Not, yes: I'll be right with you OR what would you like, ....nothing. I LEFT. I gave 5 stars for the employees you have that care about others & create a SAFE SPACE.

Both of my thumbs are up. Highly recommend! This bar has a great vibe, but it can feel a bit cliquey if you arrive solo. I’d love to see more organized mixers or social events to help individuals connect and meet new people.

They have an indoor bar area that can be an event space as well, and they have an outdoor patio in the back for those who prefer a more quiet space. Come to support and hang out with the community. There’s some gays bars out there but few lesbian bars. It’s nice to have a supporting space for queer people! Reasonably priced drinks.

Place is very chill, whoever thought of Latin nights HAS to be a genius. And honestly the bar staff is pretty cool, but go to bartender you HAVE to visit is Chanel. Her vibe is ALWAYS on point, her service is THE BEST, tell her to make you something shed think you'd like and she'll get it ON POINT, she's always dancing and smiling. Pearl at its peak a drink in hand after great service, honestly chefs kiss.
