Great location, helpful staff, good location.

All me and my family can say from this experience here is just "Wow" I mean from the rooms, to the customer service just everything about this hotel was amazing. But the most amazing experience came from the cook in the mornings, Jermaine I believe his name was. The food was delicious, hot, and didn't take long at all. Despite him being super busy we all got our food quickly and it was amazing! That young man clearly knows what he's doing, and does it with a smile and confidence you just don't see nowadays. So good job too you sir, I recommend this hotel if you're in the area and make sure you ask is Jermaine cooking in the mornings 🙂

Hello, I wanted to leave a thank you review for Sadie who met me at the front desk. I was walking in to try to help promote our business Omni-Pros Restoration (meet and greet and drop off marketing materials etc) Sadie was incredibly nice and sincere. She was very thoughtful and friendly, and I don't get that too much when I'm walking into a new unfamiliar place. Thank you Hilton for hiring people like Sadie, she's definitely an asset to you. 🙂

We always stay here every December. The hotel is clean and quiet. I just wish their shower had a caddy or a niche to put our personal toiletries in, and it would also be nice if they used unscented / hypoallergenic detergent and bedding for someone like me who has allergies. I just had to keep taking allergy meds. Overall, a good stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, and my corner room suite looked really good. Sadie from the front desk was really nice and helpful, and made my stay memorable. Leah the bartender from the Dean's was awesome!, she made great food recommendations and the beer tasted good.

Nice room size, but the bathrooms appear to be made for smaller people. Additionally, there needs to be more plugs for each side of the bed. The mattress is more firm than I would like. Breakfast is $22 for buffet. It is not "included" as they tell you at check-in. Parking is tough to come by. Get there early or you'll be way in the back.

To say that the front of house couldn't be bothered with checking us in, in a timely manner would be a vast under statement. The young woman at the counter did not even acknowledge our existence what so ever for at least 4 minutes. She just ignored both my sister and myself. We were both tired with reservations. All we wanted was to check into our room's. She acted as though we were doing her a disservice by coming into her hotel. I can assure you, we nor anyone in our large highly traveled family will never be back. We were there for our nephew's college graduation and she really made sure to make certain to let us know we were not welcome. Thanks but no thanks, Hilton. You really let this family down.
