I come here every Wednesday and it’s always an amazing experience. The atmosphere is great, with a very welcoming and lively vibe that makes you want to stay. I especially want to highlight Gustavo, the bartender. Beyond his excellent service and professionalism, he has an incredible talent for singing, which adds a unique and memorable touch to the night. People like him truly make this place special and worth coming back to.

Viva never disappoints! Great drinks, great music, and an overall amazing vibe. Samuel is hands down my favorite bartender, always friendly, attentive and makes everyone feel welcome 🤗. Service like his really elevates the entire experience. Love this place!

I never like to leave bad reviews. If I had a bad experience, I just simply brush it off and do not return. I still have a bad taste in my mouth from this place on NYE. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism, the scamming on tabs, the poor service and watching bartering smoke hookah behind the bar. I get that it’s a holiday but my bill and my friend’s bills were heavily padded. And paying $14 for a tiny shot that wasn’t even half an ounce is robbery. They came in tiny little plastic thimbles. Before we had been taking full sized shots. We had been there since happy hour and at least the man working early in the night was kind and amazing. They refused to show one of my friends his receipt, $300 worth of product we likely didn’t order or got scammed on. We had to ask our server if gratuity was included, it was, because the handheld machine tried to ask for an additional tip. Sad to experience this. I will be calling my ferir card company and likely 311 to report.

Viva by far is one of my favorite bars. Love the music, great environment, the staff is absolutely amazing. Shout out to Jarold who is always very attentive and making sure that I’m having a great time!

The best atmosphere in Queens for all types of people, the best cocktails, and obviously the best company. The waiter, Miguel Angel, was attentive to everything and had the best vibe. Definitely the best place to have fun

We had a wonderful time visiting this great bar in Jackson Heights. Our server, Sebastian, was very attentive and made our evening a lot of fun. Can’t wait to go back again! Highly recommended!
