Customer Reviews
Gasoline Alley has a rating of 3.8 out of 5 based on over 402 reviews on Google
Hands down the worst restaurant I’ve eaten at here in the springs. There was almost nothing to the chicken. It was over battered and over fried. The meat was dry, stringy, and hard. It literally hurt your mouth to try and eat. Not to mention how terribly small the tenders were. Not worth the $12 for 4 tenders and a small helping of fries. And speaking of the fries. They were also over battered and over fried. The grease was old and tasted like fish. They were so bad that none of the fries actually had potato in them. They sounded like chips when you bite down on them from how overcooked they were. I couldn’t even eat more than 5 of them. The plate of garlic fries was $8 for what might be a medium at a fast food restaurant. Small at Five Guys. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Don’t waste your time or money.
Wow! We had so much fun on a Saturday afternoon at Gasoline Alley. 10 years ago, I loved the bar scene here --but nowadays I came for lunch with the fam before we hit the park. The food and service was perfect. The atmosphere is vibing and the place is so cool. The waitress/bartender took great care of us and made us happy.😎
The place looks super cool sadly enough it was a slow night and the rooftop was closed. Had a couple of beers here. Staff is friendly enough.
There were 4 of us on 12/30/25, a Tuesday around noon. It was nice enough to sit outside. My wife took our orders inside and the food was delivered out to us. I ordered the Bark At The Moon Burger, which is a burger with bacon, Philly meat and cheese. We all enjoyed our burgers very much. The fries were also really good. Staff was friendly and the service was very good. Its definitely a dive bar but If we make it back this way again, I would definitely consider coming back. Just so happened that they also had karaoke that night, so we went back. The locals were friendly and the karaoke DJ was pretty cool also. I also should mention the 3 levels of the bar. There's the main, second floor and the 3rd is the rooftop with a gas fire pit and cigarette smoking area. The 2nd and 3rd floors have a bar but are only open when they are really busy. Karaoke was on the 2nd floor. We had a great time.
I would not recommend this bar if you value your safety. The environment felt chaotic and poorly monitored, and the so-called "security" presence did not make anyone feel secure. When concerns were brought to their attention, there was little to no action taken. A bar serving alcohol should prioritize patron safety, but that was not our experience here. If you decide to go, be aware that you may not get support if a situation arises.
Living in the heart of downtown, every resident has their favorite places and never just one. Gasoline alley not only has the best fries but the best vibes for your furry friends (before 7:30pm). After 7:30pm, the adults can come out to play with good company always, karaoke on Wednesdays and the best roof top at the heart of Tejon st overlooking Cowboys which is another great hop. I’m am just a customer and not a promoter or food critic. I just got love for places that love me back!
It is a dirty enviroment. And the women’s bathroom spells like feminine products alone. The food was amazing. But the manager was actually very rude. I think this place has potential but does not allow neurodivergent within the premises. I watch a young lady get thrown out due to her disability. There could be better management. The management seemed to be washed out.
