Ambis 1 Nightclub

Don't focus on the five stars that much. Great club with good music, pero I feel bad for the women that get preyed on every night. Majority of dudes there is 90% and 10% of women go if not already with a man. I was with my wife and sister/novio and my mom and my mom was treated like a screw ready to be tooled with. Three different men asked if they can pay for lap dances and even more erotic play when my mom came there to dance. There's a lot of horn dogs out there and people willing to get in pants quick as possible. Why is this culture this way? I haven't been to a real club in Raleigh in 8 years and I have to worry about men preying on women against their will and begging for them to be submissive and go private? I know the negative impact that can come out of these things. If I'd been there with my wife or not I'm fortunately there to dance. Not concerned with piping someone down who I don't even know and trying to force them to do more when they have a right to say NO. I remember faces.

I came in late and stayed late. The music is great at least while I was there. I'd definitely return with friends.

Security is racist & abusive ! They tried to snatch my expensive perfume bc they felt it was drugs and then called me and my friends derogatory names in Spanish? After putting the perfume in the car they kicked us out without any reasoning , there goes 60$ for a cover , it’s insane! Also they sell drugs in the bathroom so imagine telling me my mini perfume oil wasn’t acceptable ! Disgusting !

They always have a good mix of music.

The atmosphere in this place is very fabulous, but the bad thing is that we had a waitress who told us that she couldn't continue serving them because we didn't tip her, I think it's her job, which means that you spend more on tipping than they serve you.

Music variety SUCKS, they only play mostly Mexican music, that's great if that's what you're into. They played about 1% regueton 0.5 cumbia maybe 5% of bachata, so do the math. Service wasn't great, but I mainly go to dance so that's alright, but dancing didn't happen either! THE WEBSITE IS USELESS. They don't have MUSIC VARIETY. Id think they'd know that by now. Would you change this?
