MR D'z Men's Emporium

I'd like to offer a different view than "Rob," ... I went there in the middle of the afternoon just to check it out as I am new in Tampa and have never been there. A little low key surveillance... lol. The "locals" and Mike the Bartender made me feel welcomed immediately. I just wanted to check the place out and get on with my day. Didn't necessarily go there for conversation or to meet someone. Just wanted the lay of the land. Well, the "locals" had other plans... 1 drink become 4 (all awesomely poured, Mike. Thanks!) I started meeting people. All friendly and welcoming. Treating me as a regular. I may have even exchanged phone numbers with a "local." It was a great experience. Had a great time. And I will be back. Thanks Mr. D's!

Stopped in a weekday afternoon, there were 15 people in there, it was easy to tell that it's a local group and outsiders are not really welcome. Bartender was very nice, service was very quick. But trying to strike up a conversation with any of the locals was clearly an inconvenience for them.

Truly enjoyed our experience here. Crowd was welcoming, bartenders are great, drinks are economical, and the patio and alley was fun.

Good atmosphere, good music and a special barman VERNON who is adorable, cute, makes me comfortable every time and makes very strong taste drinks, I love him.

When I didn't think I could laugh, they made me laugh. The bartender and the customers put a smile on my face in some of my darkest hours. I thank not only the bartender,the customers and the owner! For making this my safe place when I truly needed it! Thank you 🫶🏽

Hottest bartenders in town. Especially Miguel Miguelito. Great service as well. Five stars.

Visiting Tampa/ybor and popped in for a few drinks to support pride this month. Simeon was amazing!! Super friendly, attentive & funny!! He made my day & I’ll definitely be back with friends. Highly recommend him as bartender!!
