If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great drinks and a vintage vibe, this bar is a must-visit. The Chimney Sweep and Lion’s Tail cocktails are standouts, and the bartender was friendly and efficient, getting our drinks to us in no time. The atmosphere is a throwback to the 1930s, with old-school decor and soft lighting that creates the perfect ambiance for a relaxed evening out. Prices are on the higher side, with regular cocktails priced around $15 each, and reserve cocktails running at $30. For two drinks, expect to spend at least $50, but the quality of the drinks and the overall experience make it worth the splurge.

Very nice low light vibe. The drinks are very good and honestly very strong. This was my second time here. The first time they gave us a bad/low quality drink but they quickly replaced at no cost. Then last night one of the employees walked behind me and took my mostly full drink off the table thinking it was someone else's. I told them and they remade it quickly, then when I got the receipt I was double charged for one drink. However, they again corrected that very quickly and removed the 2nd drink. So they make mistakes but make no fuss about it and quickly correct and make it up to you. Very nice.

This is one of my favorite hangouts! Excellent bar service and the drinks are top notch! They do themes every so often, like Edgar Allen Poe's birthday, for example. Also, they have live jazz on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Great drinks and a fantastic atmosphere. The bar has a cool, speakeasy vibe and the cocktails are top-notch. Highly recommend! Brian is amazing!

Met a friend there…she insisted I check with his place out because I would love the aesthetic. Let me say, she was right! Stopped in and sat at bar. What a cozy place. Great atmosphere, along with festively done right and tastefully. We chatted at the bar, with a delicious Old Fashion. Had some of the Happy Hour gumbo, which was actually pretty great, too. Loved our bar tender, as well. Not bad for a quick stop for a drink. If I’m ever in town again, this is a definite stop for me

They do not service food but the drinks were great and the staff was amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic though I was not there for romance it was easy to converse with my friend. The outdoor area was limited but seemed enough for the crowd that evening. Was a really nice place in general.

Quiet Speakeasy Vibes Spent a weekend in Baton Rouge and decided to check this place out. We did not try or ask for food as we had dinner plans already. But the service was awesome! Sadly our bartender was moving on to another career but I will be back for sure. On the interior, you will find PLENTY of seating with chairs and couches to create little pockets of relax zones. There was even a back parlor for additional seating out of the main space. Dimly lit but not dark really gives that speakeasy vibe We tried the Champagne Cocktail and a French 75 to start. I have never tried a CC, but it’s essentially bitters, brandy, sugar cube and topped with champagne. Very fresh and I love a bubble ! To close out, we got an Old Fashioned and a Dirty Martini
