Tin Lizzie Saloon

The Tin Lizzy used to be a fun, laid back neighborhood bar where gay and lesbians of all ages and races could gather with their friends, gay & straight, to have a few drinks, play some pool, relax on the patio, and enjoy the music. But lately the bar has become a haven for drunken, obnoxiously loud young women, whether gay or straight, to yell and scream at levels which become intolerable in this small bar. The bar has become what I and most gay men hate. I'd rather drive an hour or more to Long Beach, LA, or San Diego to a gay bar that caters to gay men. Gay men are not interested in bars with obnoxiously loud, drunk women.

Not a gay bar anymore. Not a safe space. I am devastated to see how a once beloved place has fallen. You were once a staple for many queer students decades ago. Where have all the good places in OC gone? Terrible loss.

It’s charming local bar with creative cocktails and friendly staff. It’s got a relaxed vibe and the music is not too loud so you can actually have a conversation with your friends.

This place needs new management. Things have gone down the last couple years. I don't normally review places but this deserved a review. I spoke my concerns to someone i thought was the bartender turned out it was the manager. They need better etiquette when dealing with customers. Very rude and seemed drunk

Always fun vibes and friendly patrons. Super casual Specialty drinks particularly yummy.

I have always seen this little saloon every time I come to get my tire needs met. Always curious and didn’t realize it was a gay bar! Even cooler! I came in on a Tuesday evening so I wasn’t expecting any crowds. Very friendly bartender and a few patrons came right after me. One of the most comfortable bars I’ve ever been to. I would like to come on a busier night for an additional review!

Had a good time here, no complaints lol, the drinks are strong! The people nice and yhe vibe awsome
