Absolutely amazing! We are treated like family every time we visit. The food is amazing! Troy and Tiffany do a great job and Moses is just a great guy. We love the atmosphere. The music and the interactive experience! Such a great experience! 10x the other dueling piano bar in town.

UPDATED Review as if my first review wasn't spectacular. We had so much fun our 1st visit that our 2nd night downtown we canceled our reservation at another bar and returned here. GREAT decision as we were able to meet the owners Troy and Tiff. They are impeccably welcoming and over the top genuine fun people we felt like family. To top it off we were craving mozzarella sticks which were not on the menu however, Tiff said, "Hold my beer, I got you" she magically produced them with homemade marinara. Troy as well as the other musicians are so talented and fun. 1st review(This was my bestie and I's first time at Tavernacle. What a fun time. I can see this becoming my favorite down town hangout. I enjoy going out yet not being surrounded by huge amounts of people so this place checked the boxes. A crowd without being shoulder to shoulder and on top of each other.

Last night we were just walking by and noticed their sign for karaoke, so we figured we'd pop in. I was honestly surprised they had karaoke going on a Sunday, but I'm so glad we stopped. Had the best time. The atmosphere is great, and Jay the KJ was awesome. He really made the night. The stage and lighting are awesome, plus having two different microphones to choose from is great. Definitely a hidden gem for a Sunday night out when you're dreading returning to work on Monday. I didn't try the food but I saw a few other guest's plates and it looked amazing. Will definitely try it next time I stop by. I think I know where I'll be spending my upcoming Sundays from here on out. Can't wait to come back.

By far the best dueling piano bar in Salt Lake. I do prefer the previous venue but there atmosphere and engagement are just as good.

I went here 2 nights, on a Tuesday and Wednesday. I was hoping for live piano music but both nights it wasn't there. The first night was Tuesday and they dont play piano Tuesdays, but Wednesday when I went back piano music had ended since it was just from 8-10. Now, its possible this information was available online and I didn't read it. That is fair, but it doesnt make me less disappointed. The food was good but a little smaller portions than I was expecting. The beer was tasty.

A fun atmosphere with a spin. Their play on words and exmo inside jokes are to die for. The puns are too good!! It’s a clean, welcoming, and singalong bar. It would be the best night with friends out or a date to sing along and let loose. Bartenders are attentive and knowledgeable in their craft. Would recommend 1000%

New Year’s, I showed up, sat out on the patio in the rain, and shared a cigarette. Eventually, I sang a karaoke song. The owner was lovely and treated me like a regular even though I hadn’t been to that establishment since it moved down the street. I will never forget her kindness,
