Where’s The Treasure ?

Good vibe. Great DJ. Good/decent food. HORRIBLE customer service. I came with my partner on a Saturday night at 10pm. The young woman waiting our table, we had to CHASE HER DOWN; for the bill, some napkins and a straw we asked for at the very beginning of her waiting our table. She did not care. Come to find out, they get an automatic $10 tip for every table waited; this explains her lack of respect and professionalism. When we finally get ahold of her, she’d forgotten any requests. I can’t imagine if I came here and had to wait for a table. She gave us such horrible customer service one of the men on the floor tended to us, numerous times, brought us our to-go bowls and removed our plates while she’s nowhere to be found. Took an hour to get our bill.

Just 100... The house DJs keep the music entertaining. The food is lovely with a service staff that keep a smile on your face with their exceptional customer service. The bartenders are on point with their drink mixes so don't forget to try the Flava Fever.

Worst customer service of all my years of life! The light skinned server service was below a 0. When I got to the establishment and was ready to place my order, it took her over an hour and a half to take my order. My family members that were there before me was waiting for their bill for the same amount of time I was waiting to place an order. A table across from us, left because she took too long to give them their bill. When it came time to close out my and the rest of my family bill, she gave us boxes and said she’s leaving. No one came to give us a bill and take our money while we’re at the table waiting and asking other employees for togo cups/etc for us to go as they were telling us it’s time to go. As we get in the car to leave, now the light skinned server runs to my truck to collect payment as if we’re deliberately trying to run out on the bill, when we stayed until we were hurried upstairs and out the door. First time in this establishment and it was the absolute worst! I never ordered my drinks with her because of her poor service, I went straight to the bar. The male bartender that made my drinks was the only fast and pleasant service I received throughout my time there.

I enjoyed my night at flava but my only problem is the servers are not attentive to the customers only on their phone with their head down u have to literally have to get up to get their attention . When we walked in no one to greet you to a table . Also notice people will leave from a table and they would not clean it for a long period of time . I definitely witness that with our table being dirty that we sat at . And the drinks has to be liquor in it was sort of water down. But overall the atmosphere is a nice vybez . Will be back but hope the service will be better . Big up the Dj as well . 🔥🔥

Flava II Bar Lounge is now a top favorite in Brooklyn! Right when you walk in, you're greeted by a vibrant mural of iconic artists like Biggie and Riri, setting a lively atmosphere. The DJ really knows how to keep the place jumping with great music. They offer awesome themed nights and a very inviting happy hour. The food is incredibly diverse and delicious, from seafood boil to oxtail Rasta pasta. The VIP section is perfect for birthdays or any celebration. Everything I tried, from the pasta to the crabcake and wings, was exceptional. Make sure to ask for Teesh when you visit—she's fantastic!

Used to come here for years and it was a pleasant time. However when I came this time service was TERRIBLE. My party and I first bought our concerns to a waitress and she said " we should use initiative ." The second strike was begging someone to take our order then once we did, one of the drinks were buzzed to the wrong table as well as the food. I was asked several times what I ordered for confirmation and it took over 40 minutes for one drink and over an hour for food. My party and I asked to be speak to the manager and he refused to speak to us via the waiter and did not take anything off the bill or even apologize for inconvenience. Come here If you like feeling like you’re extorted for bad service SMH. The only highlight was the DJ
