Great store. Lots of fun things. The only downside is the interactive learning center is way worse now. They took out the shelves of books and the puppets and the train in the ceiling doesn't run anymore. The slide is fun but it is a shadow of its former kid friendly self. Fudge is great.

I had some challenges ordering from the BYU Bookstore online. My first order was completely wrong, and even after reordering, my items didn’t arrive in time for the first game as promised. That said, Sophia Whitehead was absolutely AMAZING. She noticed my card had been charged twice and set up a free replacement order. She was kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to make things right! Overall, great customer service from Sophia! (The 5 stars are for her specifically.) In the future, whoever oversees/manages the BYU warehouse, PLEASE make sure your employees double-check orders before packing and shipping them out.

If you have money, this is the place! If you’re a student, go elsewhere! 😉 All kidding aside, I like going to the journal section to see their wide selection. I also enjoy their candy counter and living basics store in the back. (Which is a bit more affordable.) I’ve sent packages from their post office many times and have purchased items from the downstairs distribution center. (It doesn’t have a full stock of, say, a Deseret Book, but it’s fun to window shop.) They have updated it a ton since I went to school; a children play area, a theater, etc.

After placing an online order for pickup, I realized I wouldn’t be able to pick it up as planned. I reached out to ask if I could switch to delivery, and the response was quick and helpful. By the end of the day, my items were already scheduled for delivery. Thank you, BYU Store, for your excellent customer service!

Deceptive shipping practices. I chatted with "Cosmo" on a Wednesday afternoon about getting t-shirts to my Texas address by Friday to wear to the Big 12 Championship game. "Cosmo" said only if I paid for the express overnight shipping. Ok...so I placed my order on Wednesday for overnight shipping thinking that I would have shirts by Thursday. That's what overnight means. They didn't come. Track my package on Friday....they won't be here until MONDAY. I paid overnight shipping for them to get to me 5 DAYS LATER! That's deceptive. I would like my 22.99 back for the overnight shipping. They won't be here in time...even after "Cosmo" told me they would.

Great variety of BYU items. Very clean store. The brand apparel (Nike, Champion, etc) are priced like typical retail stores. I’ve bought school supplies too.
