A must do if you’re in NY and have some time on the weekend. If you’re into dancing to EDM music into the night, this place is for you. The bar itself is pretty small but the dance floor room is massive! The stage usually has dancers or performers and at some point in the night, it opens to guests and anyone can dance on stage for the rest of the night. The bathrooms are incredible. They are individual stalls and each one has a different theme. They do have coat check and also have another bar outside on the patio.

House of Yes is one of the most unique nightlife experiences you can find. The atmosphere is electric from the moment you walk in — bright lights, themed decorations, and a crowd that’s fully committed to creativity and expression. The energy inside feels different from a typical club; people dress up, participate, and make the whole space feel like an interactive performance. Music was great, the sound system hit hard, and the performers added a lot to the overall vibe. The staff were organized and friendly, and even with a big crowd, everything felt safe and well managed. It’s the kind of place where you can fully relax into the moment and enjoy the freedom of the environment. If you’re looking for a nightlife spot that’s artistic, bold, and unforgettable, House of Yes definitely delivers.

I'd highly recommend this amazing show and will be back to visit again! My husband and I were visiting NYC without kids for a long weekend and were incredibly pleased with this show! It is an impressive mix of burlesque, trapeze/sword swallowing circus style acts, along with some wonderful comedic and breathtaking drag performances. You can't forget the puppeteer, talented hosts and interactive additions as well! Prepare that body of yours if you're interested in the bathtub VIP seat! 💗 My absolute favorite part was the overall feeling of being free. Free to be you in every way. Plus one of the hosts shared a vulnerable story that really took that feeling to another level. To be carrying on the spirit of their grandmother by delighting audiences and making them smile just as she had, amazing. It really was an unforgettable experience!

Went for Bratland which was a once in a lifetime experience, unfortunately wish there were more dancers here but the venue does an amazing job providing just an absolute one of a kind atmosphere, the sound system is great, the patio is super fun, and overall it's just a very inviting space that did feel pretty safe for how many people there were. Queer spaces like this are just so important.

My husband and I were at House of Yes with a group of friends to enjoy an evening out. At one point, my husband had too much to drink, and we were in the restroom area. A staff member approached me and stated that it would be best for my husband to take a break in another room due to difficulty walking, and that he would escort him there. I was told he was not being removed from the venue. When my husband exited the restroom, the staff member approached him and asked him to step away for a break. However, the situation was not clearly explained to him, and he was understandably confused and hesitant. Instead of de-escalating or further communicating, the staff member physically forced him from the bar area toward the exit. A second security staff member then intervened, grabbing my husband by the neck and they both pinned him against a wall. My husband was not behaving violently, and the level of force used was excessive and inappropriate. Grabbing someone by the neck is not an acceptable method of handling a patron and raises serious concerns about safety and training. The head of security later apologized on behalf of the staff, which we appreciated. However, this incident highlights the need for improved staff training in de-escalation techniques and appropriate physical intervention protocols. While the venue itself can be an enjoyable place, we encourage management to ensure that staff are properly trained to handle situations safely and professionally. We are deeply upset by this and will not be returning.
