I was there on Saturday (my first time there) before the ‘90s dance party and everyone was absolutely lovely. I played some Cards Against Humanity with some other guests-one who was celebrating her birthday and another friend of hers. I love the historic building and the vibes. I don’t understand the criticism. I had some cider and tried some fries…they were delicious! I am personally grateful for this delightful place.

Ah man. Would love to continue to support y'all til your last day but blocking lesbians on Instagram who question the TWENTY TWO DOLLAR COVER CHARGE ON HALLOWEEN is NOTTT a good look. Good riddance honestly. "Lesbian bar for everyone*" *Who can afford to be overcharged, harassed by male bouncers, and get shitty service. Have fun with this last cash grab, you clearly weren't in it for the community. You know most of your patrons make less than $22 AN HOUR right? Do y'all pay your bartenders enough to attend your own events?

Without asking anyone, I’m pretty sure it’s a lesbian bar. Perhaps that is why I felt so welcomed. All the staff here are very nice, even when you’re asking the bartender questions about the beers on tap. She answered all my silly questions about brewery, beer name, etc. The decor is kind of low-key library/coffeehouse (very nice).

My experience was ruined by the bouncers. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, they were rude and dismissive, making it clear that they had no interest in customer service. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in a place that could be great. A bar should be a fun and enjoyable environment, but the bouncers' attitudes made it feel uninviting and uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it’s driving away customers who just want to enjoy a night out.

When you think Portland Queer lesbian bar. This is what you should be invisioning. I came here on a Wednesday and there was an open Salsa Bingers class just happening at 7! I had the Purple haze shot and my goodness it was strong! I tried also my GF's Lavendar Lemon drop (alcoholic) and my god this was great! The bar tender explained it was like a Frabries drink but I say it's more of a Lavender plant you get to eat With a tinge of alcohol. I go to CCs for the club vibe I'll be coming here for the gentle cottage core vibe. Definitely come here and don't miss out being here, drinks are over 13 dollars so keep that in mind if you're a cocktail person like me 🙂 (Ask for Sadie she's amazing)

I came here tonight with my girlfriend cus we heard they were closing. This is the first lesbian bar I came to and had a decent time the fist time round. Me and my girlfriend came here and were having a good time just kissing to the music. The security was extremely unprofessional and made us HELLA uncomfortable as the same man kept coming up to us with complaints for things that we weren’t even doing, the whole night he kept coming up to us and harassing us making us so uncomfortable we left before my girlfriend got her food. We tried to tell the bartenders and even the owner but they all gave absolutely no shits. It is so clear after tonight this place IS NOT a girls girls place and i am glad it is shutting down. Do not come here find other LGBT friendly places to go. It is sad because this is meant to be a lesbians space. Go to Badlands we have never had homophobic interactions there.
