This is a great little townie bar. We always stay at the Hilton so it was easy to pop in for a few drinks at the end of the night. It was quiet when we were there but it was a Monday. The bartender Sean was personable and a super nice guy.
My son and I stopped in for q drink on my birthday trip to Boston for a celtics game, we met a very nice couple from Texas. The bartender Connor was absolutely awesome! He chatted with us, recommended other bars to check out. He also recommended a sandwich shop to check out. Definitely a fantastic place to get some drinks. I felt like I was at my hometown bar
Came in early so can’t vouch for late nights, but beer was cold, bartender was friendly, and bar was clean. This is a locals spot and no frills.
The Blind Eye upstairs (open Fri and Sat nights) was the BEST time my husband and I had while in Boston! So much fun, George was the best bartender we've had, read the room and did a fantastic job of making it comfortable and fun! A must do in Boston!
Great bar to meet people and totally down to earth. You local? You will be after a night here....
We tried this place while in town. This is a dive bar for sure and they claim nothing more. We sat at the bar and were greeted right away by Conner who got our drink orders. Very much like a local dive bar and had a few locals in there. Lot of tourist also show up. Very loud in such a small area, but very nice and cannot wait to return. Enjoyed the patches from all over the country and the world. Very nice collection.
This was our first stop after checking into our hotel. We had a couple Cold Snaps on tap and enjoyed some conversation with the bartender. Pretty neat collection of police & fire department patches around the bar. Bartender referred us to Pauli's for lunch and it was a great place to eat.
