The Basement

I was there tonight, I order a bottle but the issue was I was in a private area by the bowling alley and no one told me that I was not suppose to be there after I order my bottle security told me I had to move as James harden was coming in, no problem as I understand he owns the place, but no manager came to move me to a new section and I payed for a bottle that I could not drink. I asked for a refund but no manager came after an hour of waiting for some to help. Talk to 3 members of security that told me they would help resolve the issue and no one showed up. I don’t close with any club so I left at 1:30. Very poor customer service to resolve the problem I have to dispute the charge of 400.00 on my credit card took a picture of the un open bottle that I didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Some can call me from management to resolve this issue I will remove my review once I hear from management!

This establishment is shockingly unprofessional! At first, you pay a deposit, believing you've secured a section for the night, but this turns out to be misleading. If another group arrives and spends more money, referred to as a "bump,"—they will take your bottles and force you to leave or confine you to a less desirable corner of the venue. The level of service I received here was the worst I have ever experienced in any establishment. If you hope to enjoy a fun evening, I recommend looking elsewhere. This place is highly unprofessional! First, you pay a deposit thinking you've secured a section for the night, but that's not true. If someone else comes in and spends more money (a "bump"), they can take your bottles and either force you to leave or shove you into a corner. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life! If you want a good time, this establishment is not the right choice.

When I walked in, I thought there was no cover fee since the lady that was taking funds was sitting on her phone not collecting money. After I paid, a bouncer approached me and yelled at me about three times that he needed to get in the space I was standing in when there was plenty of room for him to stand elsewhere. After I let him know that I heard what he was saying, he stated repeatedly "I’ll really ruin her night!" STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HOSTILE!!!! We also ended up having to leave early because there was fighting going on. Very ghetto place! Will not be back!

This was my first time going to the basement. It was the worst experience ever. We paid about or over 1200 dollars for a section and only got to enjoy it for maybe an hour. Online it shows they open at 10, but we were told once we got there they were still setting up. So we didn’t actually go in until after 11:15 pm. Once there we were suppose to get a complementary bottle of champagne. That never happened. They told us that’s only if we would have booked on a Friday ( but they knew it was a Saturday night that we were booking). After about an hour, buying 3 bottles and a hookah, they tell us we have to move. They put us out of our section and sat us in the back of the club on a bench near the bowling lanes where the bottle girls setup to bring out bottles. They never brought out a manager when we asked and we were never reimbursed. It was my homegirls birthday and we even had people here from out of state. This is such a disappointment and a very underwhelming experience. Please don’t waste your time going here. Parking is extremely overpriced, and the crowd is very young and it’s definitely not the experience advertised online.

Cool vibes. Definitely packed. Music was engaging and i loved to see all the people 🙌.

I had an amazing time at The Basement for my birthday. We had Diamond as our waitress and she was great! She communicated with me on the days leading up to my birthday celebration had my signs ready and let us know about a promotion that they were having that evening. She was always around making sure we were drinking and hydrated. I’ll definitely be returning and requesting Diamond when I do.

The past reviews were a little scary, however I booked a section for my best friends birthday this past Friday with Dy one of the new managers and we all had a blast. All the way from the door girls, to the visuals/vibes in the club, to the spectacular customer service from my waitress; it was overall a great experience for our group. We will back to check out their Saturday which they also recommended. Thank you Dy and The Basement Badd13s.
