This was a really great vibe. Just came here to sit and talk and hang out and it was perfect. They’re decorated for Christmas right now so it’s really cute. They have indoor and outdoor seating plenty of room. Drinks only. And the drinks that we got, we really enjoyed.

I hadn't been to Park & Rec in several years so I was excited for this happy hour. (I spent a lot of time in this location before it was P&R back when it was Bourbon Street.) It was a pretty perfect day for a low key happy hour. When I walked up and went to the bar. I found a seat and ordered a P&R Oldie and chair danced to everything the DJ was spinning. I loved every song so did John, the bartender who was serving my end of the bar. He was awesome! Extremely charismatic and attentive without hovering. Knew who was next immediately and didn’t miss a single empty glass. I was joined by an acquaintance I hadn’t seen in a while. We gabbed and ordered more cocktails. My favourite cocktail was the Dos Ojos. It was so refreshing and was like a palate cleanser. Thank you , P&R!

I love this little place with all these little buildings. It has a bar and an outside courtyard and a separate building for a band. It was really adorable. There is no food at Park and Rec but you're welcome to bring it is and there's plenty of restaurants right along the street.

I’m not one to leave reviews ever but I don’t know what happened to this place but in 2024 I used to love it, this was my go to spot. Now the vibes are TERRIBLE and DJ is horrible, im not sure if they changed them but they always play the same 3 songs for hickies and dry humps now. For gasolina night they don’t even play reggaeton, it’s a bunch of random pop music and a Spanish song every once in a while. The lines are CRAZY long bc they have a whole separate line where you have to pay $20 to get in and they prioritize that one. The security is always letting their buddies cut the lines too. This past Saturday I waited almost 3 hours in total to get in to the actual club and the dance floor bc of this. Not only that the securities are SO RUDE, especially the one with the glasses that’s inside by the dance floor. I’m not a fan of downtown but at this point I would 1000x rather go there. Really sad about what happened to this place. Not the vibe anymore.

I stopped by Saturday night and its Great atmosphere after 9pm once music starts playing if your into hip-hop. Two totally different crowds before 9pm and after 9pm. Drinks aren't consistent at all. Had three old fashion and all three were completely different and not that great. They also love to use ice haha so it does water down your drink quickly. I would go back to listen the music after 9pm and have the tacos that gets there around 930pm(I dont believe taco stand is connected to park and rec but I may be wrong) but wouldn't expect GREAT drinks but OK drinks.

I visited Park & rec for the very first time for an event and had an amazing experience! We were in the back it was open, it felt perfect! The music wasn’t too loud and they had a lot of heaters. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we always had what we needed. The drink menu was extensive, offering a variety of unique cocktails that were both delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the lemon drop, which had a perfect balance of flavors. The bar also had cozy seating areas, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the evening with friends. I can't wait to go back!

Parking here sucks. Meters until 6pm but if you go around the corner on Adams, it’s free. We came right when they opened so it was early enough to find free parking. This place serves drinks and has music at night. Nice cocktail lounge. They don’t serve food but you’re allowed to bring in your own food. Johnston’s next door has awesome sliders. Drinks at Park & Rec are delicious and they make awesome mocktails. I got cruel summer, picture of you and pink Cadillac. Cruel summer was on the sweet side with pineapple nice, picture of you tasted like cough syrup and pink Cadillac was like a spicy margarita with the Tajin on the rim. Atmosphere is chill with the multiple outdoor area. Nice vibe, plenty of seating.
