Eastside Massage Therapy

I have been to Eastside Massage various times because I’m a professional dancer and I need to maintain an excellent range of motion. The environment is very clean and I love their private treatment rooms. The therapists are all NY state licensed which makes me feel comfortable. Extremely professional and GREAT massages every time! I am dancing with greater ease than I ever thought possible! This place is a gem in the heart of the upper east side and I highly recommend them!

Katy is truly exceptional at what she does. From the moment the session began, she was attentive and intentional, making sure I was warm, properly covered, and completely comfortable at all times. She consistently checked in about the pressure and adjusted seamlessly. At one point it genuinely felt like she had ten hands working at once with how thorough and skilled her technique was. Her myofascial release work was intense in the best way, deep and effective without ever being painful. She worked out knots I didn’t even know I had. Beyond the physical relief, she also provided thoughtful insight into why I was feeling certain areas of tension and gave me practical advice on improving my posture and sleep habits to prevent future pain. With over 20 years of experience, it absolutely shows. Katy is knowledgeable, intuitive, and incredibly skilled. I left feeling better, lighter, and more aligned than I have in a long time. Highly recommend.

I showed up on time for my 1 hr appt, and the massage therapist only did 45 min. I am not confrontational and didn't say anything when she just stopped. But when a massage is so expensive compared to other places, I don't expect it to just get cut 15 min. The massage and place itself was fine.

Brianna was very knowledgeable about my headaches and applied the perfect amount of pressure on my neck, back and head. She also kept checking in with me if I needed more or less pressure. The place is very calm, clean and so are the rooms. Staff is very friendly.

Been here two separate occasions and had the most amazing experiences. Chloe and Ana Maria are very talented and intuitive when it comes to their craft! I’d highly recommend them!! Front desk staff is friendly and the location is very clean.

I’ve been a long-time client here solely because of OLGA! Her knowledge of the human body is incredible — she doesn’t just massage, she understands how everything connects and functions. Her deep tissue work is the best I’ve ever had: strong, precise, and actually effective, not just temporary relief. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and completely reset. A true expert.
