New Energy Spa Massage

My husband and I come to New Energy Spa 2–3 times a week, and it has truly become our sanctuary in the city. The entire team is kind, professional, and always welcoming, but a special shoutout to Kevin and Coco. Coco is incredible, she knows exactly which spots to work on, has the perfect pressure, and is always in the best mood. Kevin is fantastic : very skilled, professional, and consistently delivers a deeply relaxing and restorative massage. Their foot massage reflexology is an absolute must. They know the pressure points so well that every session leaves us relaxed, lighter, and sleeping better. After walking miles on NYC streets, this place works wonders on tired feet and tired minds. Highly recommend: we’re regulars for a reason! 🫶✨ Ask for Kevin or Coco!

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa. The entire team is very professional, and the massage therapists are clearly highly trained. I was fortunate to have my session with Bella — she was absolutely amazing. Her technique is both soothing and effective, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and renewed. I had an absolute wonderful massage by Angela. She was very nice and professional, she asked me my needs and delivered entirely. I’m newly PP with a C section and she catered to making me comfortable and relaxed as possible. i truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a treat!

I went here in December using a Groupon and i was told not to give tip because they don't accept them . I went back here yesterday . The lady did a great job and i paid in cash . I was proceeding to leave a tip and the man showed me a sign stating " if you are satisfied with your service then a 20% tip minimum is required " . This sign was not there the first time i went . I believe you should choose what amount you would like to tip . So i probably wouldn't go back and if you do go here , make sure u bring the exact amount you want to tip no matter the amount .i believe for an hour and 70$ is already pricey and a 20$ tip is required ?? Absolutely not. left feeling robbed .

The best prenatal massage I've ever had, and I've had a lot. The staff is so sweet and friendly. Knowing that I was pregnant, they didn't let me lift a finger. The seats in the lobby are so soft and comfortable that I could've taken a nap. Coco was amazing for my 90 minute session. She worked thoroughly through my back and shoulders with the stronger pressure I needed. I immediately felt relief that I hadn't had in awhile. Especially in my tight hips. She worked it out better than my physical therapist. I highly recommend and will be back.

If I could give 10 stars I would! A safe haven in a chill part of midtown East circa herald square. Lovely clean facility- blew me away (pics). Note! You have a large private room with a comfortable chair there was just a separate option in lobby I photographed. First came here because of the hours - open until 12am- but even at 10pm the massage therapist was fantastic. She gave her all and I left in total bliss - my chronic neck and shoulder pain GONE. Truly they are magic, my loyalty has been stolen by this place after going to the same business for 4 years. It’s like that!
