Maybe I just had a uniquely bad experience, since all of the other reviews are so good. I booked through ClassPass and the main lady was very friendly. The location is convenient, although a bit "corporate" feeling. My partner and I got a couples massage, and he enjoyed his massage. Mine, however, was REALLY bad. I don't think the girl who gave me a massage was licensed, or even knowledgeable about massages at all. Her long nails kept scratching my skin, and every movement felt so amateur. I get a lot of massages (Swedish, Thai, Chinese) and this was truly one of the worst massages I've gotten. For being more expensive than Four Seasons or other random spas around the city, I wouldn't come back here again. Someone else might enjoy their massage. I might've gotten a last-minute "substitute" masseuse who doesn't enjoy her job very much 🙁

Such a cozy spot right in the heart of NYC — perfect to escape the city rush. It’s a small business with super kind and responsive owners. We had a small misunderstanding, but the owner cleared it up really quickly. Great service — I’ll definitely be back!☺️

The service here is excellent. The staff are polite and kind. The lady who gave me the massage was very gentle. I felt so relaxed with just the right pressure, and the Swedish massage was truly amazing. Thank you, Jesse!

The location was easy to catch on. Pretty nice & clean with cozy atmosphere. Jessica really knows how to look after you and clear all the knots with great service. I chose the luxury treatment set for a deal price I’d say it worth every spent here especially the great thai-tea ser don’t miss out !

Just what the Dr ordered. Slept on my shoulder wrong and the stinging pain would not go away until my visit. The deep tissue massage and stretching incorporated was just what I needed. I’ll be back!

I had a massage here Sunday. I’m a tourist and my body was really sore from walking, but the aroma massage helped me relax so much, and the oil smelled amazing. I was really impressed! Thanks you Jesse!
