Booked this place as a last minute valentines gift for my wife. Report was that the massage was great but the service not so. Her massage room was situated just next to the bathroom and could hear when the attendants were using the bathroom but also could hear that they were not washing their hands after use. Worse yet, it’s the kind of business that pressures you for a tip before you leave, which always overshadows the entire experience. If the service is great people will tip - you shouldn’t have to hover over someone to do it and/or force someone to tip. Extremely unprofessional from the young gentleman. Great last minute place but I’ll plan ahead next time and with a different business.

Great massage place! I called them the same day to see if they had any appointments and they were able to easily accomodate me. I had a 60minute massage with hot stones from Jenny and it was just what I needed. She checked in often but not too often, which I liked. I asked for strong pressure and she targeted my muscle tightness expertly. The spa is simple, as is the norm with this kind of bodywork place in the city, clean and efficient. They take Visa/Mastercard and cash. Will be going back for sure.

Did a walk in today and was perfectly accommodated! I asked them if having a back massage sideways was possible because I’m pregnant and they worked with me. Came with a lot of soreness around and left feeling relaxed.The masseuse was really gentle and kind but worked his magic as well. I would be back soon, but service was a 10/10☺️

Excellent shiatsu and hot stone massage. Deep pressure - not for the faint hearted but excellent of you want truly therapeutic massage. Thank you - it was great!

Super solid back and foot massage special - $55 for 60 minutes. Clean and professional. We'll definitely be back

Stopped by after the movies at the amc. Prices are standard for these kind of no frills bodywork places in the city. I had Kim she was great and spoke English well I would recommend her if she's available when you go. It is sometimes a gamble if you'll get a good experienced person or a novice at these places but both my friend and I really enjoyed our massages.

I would leave zero stars if I COULD !!! .. so here's the story, My girlfriend & I were interested in getting a full body massage we visited this location we were told no WALK INs and had to wait an hour for appointment no biggie we kept ourselves occupied until our appointment time . we then show up early and are told to be seated .. then these two caucasian women enter, we were sitting right there when they mentioned they DID NOT HAVE an appointment , the receptionist & the colleagues started talking in their language & then escorted the two women to be serviced infront of us. They then had an attitude because we noticed the clearly racist motive & called it out lol they box us in so I guess they figure all black people don't tip enough , let them wait , I should of had google translate out or something to pick up on what they were saying .. it was for the best because we ended up finding a better service elsewhere & tipped them generously !
