The best doctor ever. I love how she does my face!!!

Dr Alma Mesquita is the best! My husband and I have been seeing her for years! She knows what shes doing and is very intelligent. She listens to you and understands what you need.Dr. Alma serves your best interest. She is very trustworthy and honest. She wants to help you and make you happy and healthy. Her space is always clean. Your safety matters to her. The products she uses are amazing! I give her and Bana Spa 5 stars without hesitation! You will definitely be satisfied!

This place is the best in Astoria. I do my fillers and Botox for the past 20 years. I recommend to all my friends and family members. The IV vitamins are amazing!

Came here for Botox! What a beautiful facility feels like you are in a jungle oasis! Reasonably priced. And Alma is amazing and thorough, she explained the entire procedure start to finish and informed me if I should require more in a few weeks just to stop by! Purchased the face scrub and body scrub on my way out and my skin has never felt softer ! Thank you so much!

I had a facial massage for the first time at Bana today and it was relaxing and rejuvenating. The spa is gorgeous when you walk in you feel like you’re in the islands. It’s peaceful and serene. The esthetician that did my facial massage had great hands. Wonderful experience. I will return soon and I highly recommend!

Owner waited over 6 months to respond to my very honest review. Lady, are you serious!?!?!? My friend and I came to your spa specifically for a facial and massage. My friend also took pictures of how dirty the linens were and the room and lack of any heat or space heaters even. Not impressed with this spa at all. I took the day off from work to treat myself to some much needed pampering with a friend. This was our first time at Bana Spa and our last. The facility lacked cleansiness from the rooms to the sheets/bedding to the bathroom. There was absolutely no heat available in the spa, temperatures were in the mid 30's today. I was literally freezing even when covered. The girl must have realized and asked me if I was cold? I told her that I was very cold and that was the end of it. Nothing more was said. I know she was also cold because her hands felt like icecles. I scheduled a massage and it was mediocre at best. I couldn't wait for my services to end so I can pay and leave. My friend also had the same negative experience as I did. She got a facial. I've been getting facials for over 20 years, this facial by far was the most disappointing. Not a relaxing experience, far from it.
