Houston Sports Massage

I had my first Myofascial body work massage with Austin today and it was truly the best possible experience. I had been experiencing a lot of neck and upper back pain, mainly from sleeping in hotel rooms and not having my usual bed + pillows. Austin was so professional and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what I needed and helped work out so much muscle pain, I nearly cried from relief when the massage was over. I will most definitely be back and recommend anyone needing any type of similar work to go see Austin immediately!!

I have been dealing with chronic pain for a very long time. I went to Austin looking for some relief, not expecting to finally feel human again. This evening I'm able to walk not scrunched up and actually able to bend over. If there were more stars I'd give them!

Great massage!! I was having tension in my shoulders and neck. Austin worked on the area with deep massage and got everything loosened up, I think I was even taller when I left! Highly recommend.

Austin is a fantastic massage therapist! I've been going to him for about 3 months now as a compliment to my training regimen. He is great at listening to and addressing your needs through a combination of massage techniques. His massage style focuses on deep release but is the perfect balance of intensity and relaxation. I sit in front of a computer all day and get tightness in my shoulders which turns into pain when I’m playing pool or riding my motorcycle. Austin does a great job working out all the knots.

I have tried 5 sport massages in the area including kinetic. However, David was the only therapist that left me feeling better and feeling like I actually began my way to recovery. I am recovering some injuries and needed someone knowledgeable that could work on athletes. David as continue to treat me and other wrestlers and judo players with much success. If you compete in sports and are working on healing some injuries, or need to relieve some pressure points or increase recovery David is the person to see.
