Massage Envy

This is one of the best ME locations I have ever been to. The scarcity of the 5 star reviews must be due to gatekeeping lol. I have been to all other locations in Scottsdale multiple times and the service at this location is above and beyond. They have a lot of therapists to choose from and the facial lady (Vanessa) is excellent. The front desk staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I am so happy I finally found this location!

I had my first Anti-aging facial with Vanessa today at the Paradise Valley location. Vanessa was very professional, personable and was a fantastic esthetician. She explained every step she was doing, each product she was using (and what it did) and made sure I was always comfortable. My skin feels so hydrated and glowy. I swear it does look younger!!! I will definitely see Vanessa again and have already rebooked with her.

Booked my bf a massage for this place only about 3 weeks ago. He was able to get 90 minutes for 120$ (the amount on my gift card) perfect! The 60 minute option was 80$… from then to now, it is 60 minutes for 130$ & 90 minutes for 195$ ?! What on earth???? We really wanted to return this week but that is an INSANE price change within less than a month. How do they expect their therapists to get tipped after that. I mean seriously, who is paying 200$+ for a 90 minute massages. We ended up choosing a thai style massage business, it ended up being much more affordable and on top of that better technique. I recommend people take their money elsewhere😂 support locals not large corporations

I had a massage done my Elva today and left feeling relaxed! Elva took her time and targeted the areas that needed more pressure. I will definitely be coming back!

I attempted Five (5) times (in a two week span) to get into contact with a manager to cancel my membership with massage envy due to receiving the worst "massage" in my entire life at this location from Cyndi, horrific customer service and a total lack of respect for my hard earned money. I have thankfully already reached out to my credit card company to block this fraudulent business and urge anyone with common sense to do the same. Shame on you all. The FTC will be made aware next!

I cannot recommend Cyndy (Cynthia) from this location enough! I live 30 minutes away and pass a lot of other locations just to see her. She is so skilled and intentional, and she really takes the time to help relieve the tension I carry in my back and neck. If you’re looking for relief, she’s the person to go to! I always walk out with a smile. Thank you!

Angelo is a knowledgeable massage therapist. Not just a normal massage, he applies therapeutic techniques to any issues you have with your muscles. He also provides range of motion and stretch techniques. I decided to add some essential oil options they offer to my massage and chose "Detox". Included was Lemon, Grapefruit and Juniper Essential Oils. Simply Amazing!! They even give you what’s left over in the bottle to take home. The entire room Smelled Amazing! I leave feeling REJUVENATED every time!! Also Ciera, Daniel, Enrique and Bethany. Thank you so much!!
