Greenleaf Massage Spa

Basic inside. Massage was nice. The staff was not happy that we purchased it via Groupon.. we weren’t local. if I would have known it was the same price I would have purchased it directly from them. They shouldn’t really offer it on Groupon if they aren’t satisfied with the payout.

The best massage you could ever receive. Quiet atmosphere. Soothing and Relaxing. I've been 2 times and will continue to go.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My fiancé bought a couples massage here via Groupon. We have gone here before and the massages were nice, even though it was an extremely unprofessional environment. Anyways, we were willing to try again. I tried to call and make an appointment and when I mentioned we had bought a Groupon the woman started YELLING at me. She started asking me how many times I’ve been there. It’s been way over a year, probably two or maybe even three since we had been there. Anyways, I guess she was angry that we purchased another Groupon? I’m not sure. I was asking for dates to book and she just kept saying "No, not for you." She ended up hanging up on me before I was able to book. Groupons are available for repurchase if you have not been to the establishment in over a year… Not sure why she felt the need to yell at me.

Had an exceptional experience at Greenleaf Spa! The staff were warm and professional, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the massage itself was incredible — one of the best I’ve had. They really know how to work out tension and make you feel renewed. What made it even better was how affordable it was for the quality of service. Definitely my go-to spot in Cherry Hill from now on!

Thank you for a wonderful couples massage! We were able to book it the same day and loved our experience from beginning to end. Great prices and came with complimentary hot stones. Friendly staff. The manager is very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

My massage at Greenleaf was delightful. The 60 minute deep tissue Swedish massage, which included the hot stone treatment, Is just what the doctor ordered! The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was fantastic! I’ll be back here the next time my neck and back are jacked!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Purchased through Groupon for a massage. Woman who answered phone seemingly did not want someone’s business who previously purchased a massage through Groupon. The ‘Legal Disclosures’ under their Groupon deal mentions "Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services." I have since cancelled the Groupon order. I will also be reporting the merchant for non-compliance to Groupon and considering filing a complaint with NJ Division of Consumer Affairs to ensure awareness and accountability. I encourage anybody who is considering a Groupon massage to look elsewhere. Nobody is entitled to your business, especially when they disrespect you and there are plenty of better options out there.
