Passional Boutique

I had a great experience for it being my first time visiting Passional. I was referred by a friend, and upon entry I was greeted by a lady named Nina, who was very nice and professional. I had trouble finding an item and figuring out which lube would work best, and she was incredibly patient while showing me all the options they had. One thing I really appreciated about my first visit was how clean, organized, and unique the store was. The staff — especially Nina — made the experience even better. She’s truly a great employee. I’ll definitely be back sooner rather than later.

As first time customers we were very nervous and knew nothing about this lifestyle. Lexi was a BLESSING she helped us get what we needed and taught us the cleaning products and all about the toys were were interested in. As a person who owns an global company, Lexi is the type of employee I would LOVE to have because she is professional with also being understanding to the customer. Lexi made us feel welcomed and all of our nerves left. We were blessed to have met her and she helped us through a difficult process. Thank you Lexi for your work and bless your humanity!

Had the best experiences coming in and getting a corset. Lexi was so sweet, helpful, and answered all my questions and even helped me get fitted into a corset. She really deserves a raise with multiple zeros !!

Went down from scranton area to Passional and it was totally worth it! Lexi and Reese were so Friendly and Helpful. They answered every question I had during my visit. I will definitely be returning when the weather gets above freezing.

New ownership is not very friendly. Music was blaring such that you couldn't talk. The vibes were weird and I felt like I was bothering them. I have gone there for decades and brought others. It was my absolute favorite place. I went on a Friday night and it was dead. The staff seemed angry at best. I'm so bummed.

One of my new favorite spots! Great variety and gen-affirming clothing ♥️ Josh is a warm and informative support! I will be back ♥️

Lexi is amazing! Her instincts are wonderful and she was extraordinarily helpful! Had a lot of questions and she answered them with trauma-informed care.
